Luxury Studio apartment in Luton Centre
A delightful and spacious studio apartment in the heart of Luton Town Centre. The property is nestled between Luton Shopping Mall & Luton Train Station which takes you to Kings Cross Station in 25 minutes.
Being so close to a range of shops and cafes you will always find something to do or find somewhere to eat nearby no matter what food you love! The bus station 1 minute away provides links to Luton Airport and further afield.

The space
You walk up a set of stairs to the first floor via the main entrance of the building. You then enter the flat through the door on the right. You enter into an entrance area where you can hang up your coats. One door takes you in the shower room where you will find towels and basic soaps and shampoos provided. There is a high pressure shower installed in a double cubicle .
The other door takes you in to the spacious modern light and airy studio flat where you will find everything you need for modern day living. All plates, cutlery, glasses and knives are neatly tucked away in the modern open plan kitchen.
There are small appliances such as a microwave, toaster and coffee machine with a choice of hot drinks to choose from. There’s an integrated fridge/freezer providing more than enough space for your food items. A washing machine is installed for you should you need it. There is a dining table for 2/3 people and a coffee table in the centre of the room. Modern luxuries include a 58inch smart tv pre loaded with Amazon prime and the ability to cast from your phone.
We have installed an Amazon Alexa for that extra touch. Other appliances include a blade vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board and hair dryer should you need them. Black out blinds have been installed for those needing a good night sleep. The super king size bed should provide more than enough space for a couples and there is a sofa bed which could sleep up to 2 people depending on their size. There is a modern central heating system installed for those cold evenings when you want to snuggle up on the sofa.
Free parking can be provided in a private car park beside the flat upon request.
Special discounts can be provided for stays between 1 and 5 months.
Instruction videos are sent prior to your visit so you have total peace of mind about where you will be staying.

The location is second to none. It is less than 30 seconds from the Mall Shopping Centre and 30 seconds from Luton Train Station which takes you to Kings Cross Station London in less than 30 minutes. This makes it very good value for guests who are visiting London and local areas.
