Loved our stay. Great location ! We could pop in and out of the museum and go explore the rest of the area at any time. Great cafes and walking distance to so many great places
The location was great. The host was exceptional and a wonderful time to be in London during the holidays. Centrally located and walking distance to everything great time.
The house was very nice and the location was great. It was very hot during our stay and the flat has no air conditioning, but we kept the windows open and used the fans provided which really helped.
Location is just unbeatable. A very spacious apartment, ideal for 8-10 people. A very well-equipped kitchen with all needed to cook almost everything. The two balconies offer a splendid space to enjoy family time and meals, not to be missed. The apartment was very clean and we never had troubles with hot water. Hannah, the host, is one of the very best I have ever met: Responsive (replies within minutes-few hours), generous, courteous and efficient. Even the stairs do not interfere with the lovely and so enjoyable stay. Six to ten of my family - I am certainly back again. Thank you so very much for a very fine stay, Hannah.
Great, cool, artistic flat in a great part of town. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The only criticism is that the internet went out and, despite requests, it was not fixed.
This 3 level apartment provided our family with a great base for exploring London. Close enough to walk to many of our destinations it was roomy with 3 bedrooms and 2 convertible sofas. The property manager was responsive when we had questions (look behind the sofas for the linens!) and made the check-in very easy. The 2 decks made for wonder extended space for our large group.
We enjoyed the location of the property. It was quiet and near several restaurants and shopping, the Underground, The British Museum, and other sights are in walking or Uber distance. We had a great time in London. Be prepared to walk up a lot of steps to get to the penthouse and from level to level. There is no lift/elevator.

4 floors apartment
There is no elevator in this 4 story building and our bedrooms were on the 3rd floor, it is extremely difficult to carry the luggage all the way!
There is also a very ancient fire alarm system and the were no way to turn it off, so we’ve had a visit of firefighters

Dear Barskiy
Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding your recent stay at our property. We are disappointed that you felt the property did not meet your expectations.
I would like to address some of the issues you have raised to ensure there is no confusion.
Our building is equipped with a comprehensive building-wide fire system to ensure the safety of all our guests. The alarm that was triggered during your stay was due to a neighboring property, which was promptly reset. I recall our previous phone conversation upon your arrival, and if you had heard the alarm, I encourage guests to contact me immediately for any assistance.
Regarding the lack of an elevator to the second floor, it is clearly stated in the property description that it is located on the second to fourth floors without an elevator. I did offer options for alternative accommodations and a partial refund upon your dissatisfaction, but you chose to continue your stay and even apologised to me for your outburst upon arrival.
I am disheartened to see your negative review despite our efforts to address your concerns promptly and offer solutions.
If you would like to discuss this matter further or have any additional feedback, please feel free to contact me directly.
Enjoyed our Christmas stay at the Penthouse. Plenty of room for 5 of us. Convenient to the Tube and easy walking distance to many areas and attractions. Bedrooms are a good size. Kitchen is well equipped and plenty of seating. L'Or coffee pods for the espresso machine. Even had a Christmas tree lit up. The master bedroom has some street noise so bring earplugs if a light sleeper. No issues with shower hot water or pressure. Great to be able to check in a little earlier. As others have noted there are some stairs to climb, but you get used to them quickly and also provide good exercise. Building seemed safe and secure. Easy to pick up groceries nearby. The outdoor patios and seating would be fun on warmer days. Easy to get Uber/taxi to the address and its side street with luggage. Thanks!
