Great property! Came here with 6 people who all wanted separate beds, and this property was perfect! Very communicative owner who answered all questions very quickly and was very accommodating. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was also great, being a very close walk to the main attractions in London. Would absolutely recommend to any tourists coming to London with a group, or to anyone wanting a nice vacation.

Nice location, away from main streets but a 5 minute walk away and therefore quiet. Main floor kitchen and sitting area a little tight if you have 4 small children on the constant move as we did.

Spacious, clean house with easy access to many London sights. Family of 8 was very comfortable and enjoyed the outdoor space as well. Host was pleasure to communicate with and clear in instructions.

Everything was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and just the perfect blend of function and comfort. Location is great, 10 min to the underground and a grocery store and places to eat all within 10 min. Never felt unsafe and was truly grateful we were able to book the property for our trip.

Lambeth Spring

Our stay was great. The flat was perfect for us and the location was terrific. Walk to Westminster or jump on the tube at Lambeth station. We really enjoyed our stay.

A great space to explore London from

We loved staying at this location, everything is close by either by walking or public transit. The house is clean and worked wonderfully for our group of 5 couples.

Great location

Apart from a few teething issues and minor maintenance required we enjoyed our stay. Very easy to get in and out of London with local amenities too.

We had a new cleaner who forgot to set the lockbox code which caused a one hour delay on checkin, it was a one off - never happened before and won't happen again. I refunded the guest £100 without being asked - as a considerate host. There were loose door handles in the house - no other issues and we tried to coordinate our handyman but the guests were mostly busy. I do not believe a 3 star review is deserved. After checkout, we spent an hour running around the house and checking all the dirty trash bags looking for the guests lost phone which they mentioned after checkout, turns out it wasn't even in the house in the end. Not a very considerate review all things considered.

Fantastic, spacious

Had a great time here with the family. Very spacious, centrally located. Was able to walk to most areas, but access to public transport on the doorstep when the legs were a little bit tired.
