Villa Sunny Hanioti is a premium holiday Villa, with a private pool, within the Sunny Villas Resort and Spa, Complex, located on the most popular peninsula of Halkidiki, near Hanioti village. Nestling on the slope of a hill overlooking Toroneos Bay in a green, verdant and tranquil environment, secluded but close to the local beach and all amenities. It offers magnificent views, where you can idle hours away watching the vivid blue sky mingling perfectly with the iridescent blue sea.

Layout
Villa Sunny Hanioti features a small private garden with a pool; it is air-conditioned and accommodates 4 - 5 guests in one double bedroom and a twin. The Main bedroom is set on the middle floor and boasts an en-suite shower; the second is a twin bedroom in the loft. There is also a WC on the ground level.
The charming kitchen is fully equipped and is next to the contemporarily designed living room, boasting a feature fireplace and a sofa that converts into a single bed.
The three levels are joined via an interior staircase, enjoying stunning open sea views.
Pool and gardens
The sparkling pool is accessed via 2-3 steps and is equipped with all facilities for sunbathing or just chilling out with a drink or bite to eat in the nearby external dining space.

Best vacation in a very long time!

The house really had everything! We stayed 2 weeks and it was the best 2 weeks we could dream of. The house and the pool was so nice. The owner gave excellent service. It was AC on every floor which gave a nice temperature both outside and inside. The area was quite and the house and garden had a magnificant view. I can highly recommend this houses!
