PARKING - There is NO parking permitted in The Crescent itself, this is for residents only, however you are permitted to unload. Complimentary parking scratch cards are provided for one vehicle for the duration of your stay in the surrounding streets zoned area.

SMOKING - Smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited inside the property.
PETS- No pets allowed.

NOISE - We kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum, particularly in the outdoor areas, especially after 11 pm. Quiet hours are observed from before 7 am until after 11 pm.

CLEANING - Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout their stay. A cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left excessively dirty.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS - Overnight stays for additional guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host.

BROKEN/MISSING ITEMS - We kindly request you report any broken items during your stay. You are responsible for any damages incurred. Prompt reporting ensures timely repairs or replacements. Failure to report damages or missing items on your departure may result in additional charges. Thank you for helping us maintain our space for future guests.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING LEFT-BEHIND ITEMS - If any personal items are left behind after your stay, we are happy to assist in returning them. However, please note that a handling fee of £20 will be charged in addition to the cost of postage.
