This lovely stone villa on a hill is located in an area of unspoiled nature, just outside the beautiful medieval city of Dubrovnik. The house has a modern interior, stone terraces, a private swimming pool area and spacious gazebo where one can relax on hot summer days.



House spreads over two floors. Ground floor consists of small entrance hall, bathroom with shower, one bedroom with a pair of twin beds and open space living room with kitchen and dining area. Second bedroom with queen size bed is located on the 1st floor on the gallery above living room. Next to the house, there is a smaller building - ideal for spending time in colder months - where you will find a pretty stone barbeque with seating space in there. Prepare a home-cooked meal or on evening enjoy in some of the quality local wine, play card games or read your favourite book.

The property enjoys a fabulous location, surrounded by nature and boasting a wonderful view over the landscape. Mrcevo is a small Dalmatian village where you will find restaurants offering local meat and fish specialties. The whole area is famous for agritourism. Several family-owned restaurants offering traditional home made meals prepared with products from their own farms and gardens can be found in nearby villages only a few minutes’ drive. The holiday home is less than half an hour drive away from the beautiful town of Dubrovnik, which we strongly recommend visiting during your stay. Nearest supermarket is located approximately 6 kilometers away from the property in the nearby village Orasac. Nearest beach is also 6 kilometers away from the house.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
