Schöne Lage, nah am Meer, etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Absolutes Plus: - Schöne Lage, ca. 300m zu einem netten Strand - Objekt war sauber, - Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Außendusche vorhanden Was hätten wir gerne anders gehabt? - Objekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Schrank und Kommoden im Kinderschlafzimmer riechen so unangenehm, dass wir keine Kleidung darin lagern konnten; sollte unbedingt getauscht werden - Stühle und Sofa im Wohnzimmer sind sehr unbequem - könnte erneuert werden - Objekt ist etwas hellhörig zur Ferienwohnung oben drüber, insbesondere bei offenen Fenstern, Klimaanlage für das 1. OG hängt vorm Schlafzimmer der Wohnung im EG - Check-Out Zeit laut Buchung bei Fewo-direkt war 11:00; am Vorabend der Abreise wurde uns um 22h die Nachricht gesendet, dass wir das Objekt um 9h verlassen sollen, Check-out sei um 9h.

Wunderbares Plätzchen am Meer
Die Wohnung liegt am Meer. Jeden Morgen ein erfrischender Schwumm vom sehr nahen Strand aus ;-) Geräumige, praktische Wohnung. Wunderbarer Sitzplatz und Garten. Die Gastgeberin wohnte nebenan, sehr hilfsbereit, wenn wir Fragen hatten, aber nie aufdringlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Urlaub mit traumhaftem Meerblick
Wir haben das Appartement im 1. Stock bewohnt, von dessen Terrasse wir einen herrlichen Ausblick über das nur wenige Meter entfernte Meer genießen durften. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig ausgestattet und bot u. a. eine Spülmaschine und einen neuen großen Kühlschrank mit separater Gefriereinheit. Die Betten hatten bequeme Matratzen, während das übrige Mobiliar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen schien. Der hübsche Strand und ein gutes Strandrestaurant sind fußläufig erreichbar. Es gab eine Parkmöglichkeit auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück und auch unmittelbar davor. Das Haus liegt in einem hübschen Garten, von dem aus ein direkter Zugang zum Meer besteht. Die Vermieterin Sandra wohnt in einer kleinen Wohnung auf dem Grundstück und kümmert sich um die Belange der Gäste. Die Kommunikation ist in Englisch problemlos möglich.

Schöner Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung war zweckmäßig und sauber, die Betten (Matratzen) waren bequem. Es gab sogar eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Das Anwesen am Meer, umgeben von Bäumen und Blumen, lag schön und ruhig. Ein Aussichtspunkt am Ende des Gartens sorgt für einen tollen Meerblick. Die Vermieterin Sandra war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.
