The Villa Mirea is a newly constructed villa (m²) with all modern comforts and a heated pool for a perfect peaceful vacation. The villa is fully air conditioned and accommodates 8 people in 4 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with shower: 3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds.
- The first floor features an open space living area with a dining table, lounge corner with couches and TV, and a kitchen with island. There are large sliding windows accessing the spacious terrace (30 m²) with views over the garden, pool and sea.
- Kids will enjoy the recreational room with large TV, ping pong and football table.

The garden is lovingly designed to optimally enjoy the outdoors in a very relaxing atmosphere. The manicured lawn is bordered by Mediterranean shrubs and aromatic olive and lemon trees. The heated swimming pool is open year round and is surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and umbrellas. Next to the villa you’ll find a covered gazebo with dining table and comfy couches, and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. If you're feeling sportive then there is a tennis court which is shared by the owners. Bikes are freely available for exploring the nearby nature and villages: did you know that there’s an old railway turned into a seaside cycling path running from Framura passing by Bonassola to Levanto!

The Villa Mirea is peacefully situated at the end of a private street almost on the top of a hill above the Bonassola bay. Please read the important notes below regarding the access. The cute little village center of Bonassola is situated at about 1 km and has a nice beach, several restaurants and bars; a garage parking in the center is included in your stay, while a beach cabin, parasol and deckchairs can be rented. Following the Ligurian coastline you’ll find the popular town of Levanto at 6 km, and the marvelous Cinque Terre’s five villages are an easy train ride away.

RENTAL CONDITIONS VILLA MIREA:
Included:
Water, electricity, gas, weekly cleaning, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels (weekly change), air conditioning, smart TV, internet wireless, Sonos sound system, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, baby bed and high chair, garden, heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m; depth m), 4 bicycles (2 for adults and 2 for kids), ping pong, table football, tennis court (shared with the owner), parking at the villa and garage parking in the village center

Extra to be paid:
- Heating: according to consumption
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

Note:
- The street access uphill to the villa requires special attention: the last 100 meters uphill is narrow and very steep and therefore only recommended for experienced drivers. A 4x4 vehicle is advised when the street is wet.
- Walking down from the villa to the Bonassola center (1 km) will take you about 15 minutes while getting back up (mind the last steep stretch) will be more around 30…
- The swimming pool can be heated and is open all year long.
- The tennis court is shared by the owners who have another villa next to it.
- Domestic animals allowed (upon prior request only).
- Events or parties not allowed.
