Brand new loft in the San Lorenzo neighborhood, a few minutes walk from the central station.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building, characterized by wide stone stairs.

From the entrance door you will find a cabinet in front of you and the dining table to your right. Moving forward there is the living room completely renovated with a 50 inches smart tv and the sofa bed. To the left the metal stairs will led to the mezzanine, where the you will find a queen size bed. On the right from the living room there is the fully equipped kitchen with the induction stove, while to left there is a spacious storage room / closet before reaching the brand new bathroom with a large shower.

This apartment is ideal for couple seeking a romantic retreat but also for families wanting to visit the beautiful city of Florence.

Clean linen Sheets and towels are included and will be provided based on the number of guests.
