Kindly note the following services can be arranged through our staff: Baby Sitting = R100 per hour Cleaning and Laundry = R600 per day Carwash and Vacuum = R250 per vehicle Celebration help = R100 per hour Professional Driver = R150 per hour (excluding vehicle and fuel) Professional Tour Guide = R1500 per day Personal Trainer = R500 per session per group Yoga/Pilates Instructor = R500 per session per group Vehicle costs only available with a professional driver: 9 seater minivan = R200 per hour or R1500 per calendar day (excluding driver and fuel costs) 5 seater SUV = R100 per hour or R600 per calendar day (excluding driver and fuel costs) For self drive vehicles, kindly reserve at airport. One of the highlights of our property is the rooftop swimming pool that has views to the Helderberg Mountain and towards False Bay ocean. Utilities: Kindly note the policies for utilities when renting the villa: 1) Water. The villa has filtered municipality water for drinking purposes. There are water dispensers on each level which should be used for drinking. These dispensers have filters. All water costs are included in the rental costs for the villa, 2) sewerage. All sewerage costs are included in the rental costs for the villa. However, kindly do not use the toilets for waste disposal. If a blockage occurs, a plumber callout may be needed if our on-site caretaker is unable to resolve. Plumber callout costs will be claimed from guests if a blockage occurs due to guests. 3). Internet. We provide fiber internet connectivity and Wi-Fi throughout the villa. Internet connectivity costs are included in the villa rental costs. 4). Electricity. Electricity is NOT included in the villa rental costs. There is a prepaid meter. units shall be recorded at checkin. Upon checkout, the meter should be reloaded to the same number of units. During the rental period, guests will be able to load the meter with assistance of the caretaker. Community Disturbance Policy At Villa Yatoba, we are committed to respecting our neighbors and the surrounding community. To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask our guests to adhere to the following guidelines: No Parties and Events: Disruptive gatherings of any size, including open-invite parties, are strictly prohibited. Advertising the villa as a party or event venue is strictly prohibited. What We Don’t Allow: Excessive noise, especially during quiet hours (9:30 PM–9:00 AM). No music after 10pm. No visitors beyond the registered guests. All visitors must be prearranged. Trash/littering, smoking, or parking nuisances. Smoking outside at designated area with ashtrays. All parking is available onsite. No street parking. Trespassing, vandalism, or any behavior that disturbs the neighborhood. We are dedicated to promoting safe and responsible travel. Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of your stay, fines, or removal from the Airbnb platform. Reporting a Disruption: If you experience or witness any disturbances, please contact the local police. Thank you for helping us maintain a harmonious environment for everyone. Please Note: to ensure compliance with City of Cape Town regulations: 1) 3 dwelling units shall be provided, each with a capacity of 5 guests. 2) No visitors permitted onsite without prior arrangement 3).
