Kirkbymoorside is a delightful area with a slightly 'old fashioned vibe', and visitors will find plenty to keep them engaged in the many tea shops, taverns and restaurants there. The superb walking and stunning scenery of the National Park are on the doorstep, and there are several picturesque villages, such as Hutton-le-Hole, near by.
