A pleasant stay

Access was easy. Off road parking is available and very welcome. The property is spacious, light and airy. Well appointed kitchen. Plenty of hot water. Surprisingly quiet at night, yet close to sea front. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Location was within walking distance to the shopping area and restaurants. It was a nice place to come home to each day compared to a hotel. Cosy and comfortable. We never used any of the appliances, eating out every day. We were surprised that there were no brochures/pamphletes of places to see in Bognor plus no extra toilet rolls/paper towel. Also no instructions for the T.V. Finally we got help from The Office, Molly, who sent Miles who helped us greatly and then able to use T.V. Also the door lock to the apartment was very loose. Carpet in living room was badly stained.

the carpet in lounge was very dirty, and looking at previous reviews. this has been the case for at least the last 2 years, unless you locked the front door behind you, the front door was rattling. there was a small hole in one of the douvet covers and limited cookware, the hose to the onsite vacuum was not fitting, there was no wifi in the house and only main stream tv channels, in todays world thats very basic, wifi was advertised, the leather sofa arms had what looked like scratch marks on them, which was splitting the leather. and no bath towls, and we wont even talk about the parking ticket we got, while at the time displaying a disabilty blue badge
