Renovated Apt with Balconies - Holiday/Congress

Get yourself a Nespresso, sit back on the sofa and enjoy the bright light coming from the 2 balconies with sea view. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with modern Provencal tiles and top-notch decor full of character. Find all the equipment and comfort you need for a day of relaxation in the apartment, as well as the sophistication and organization necessary for a business trip.

This apartment is close to our hearts as we have taken many steps to reduce its carbon footprint and environment impacts with an eco-friendly approach: non-chemical soaps and shampoos, non-chemical dishwasher and washing machine detergent, organic coffee pods. The mattress and bedding are made with recycled cotton. Lightning uses low energy consumption bulbs. Brita carafe to reduce use of plastic bottles!

- The apartment is located in a private residence located at 15 rue Saint Dizier.
- The space is exceptional: located on the 5th floor of the building with elevator and has 2 balconies with sea view. It has a large living room and kitchen of 20m2. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and an independent toilet.
- The apartment has an underground parking that can accommodate a car.
- The apartment was completely renovated in February 2021, it is furnished for seasonal rentals (conferences or holidays with family or friends). We also provide a desk to work in peace.
- We will offer you some coffee and tea.
- The apartment of 50m2 + two 3m2 balconies can accommodate 5 people and includes:
** A large living room / kitchen fully equipped with a bar, a convertible sofa, a 65" TV screen with cable and internet fiber (100M).
** Two bedrooms : A master bedroom with a queen-size bed of 160cm. A secondary room with a full-size bed of 140cm.
** A bathroom.
** An independent toilet.
** Two small balconies.

- The apartment is very close to the center of Cannes and is very easy to find. Once you are settled in, it will be very easy to walk across the city (i.e. you do not need a car).
- Fully renovated and furnished, the apartment is close to everything:
** < 10 min from the "Rue d'Antibes" (800m), its cinema and shops.
** < 10 min from the famous "Palais des Festivals" (900m), "La Croisette" and its beaches.
** < 5 min from "Marché Forville" (600 m) and "Vieux Port".
** < 5 min walk from "Le Suquet" (400m) the historic district of Cannes with many restaurants and a fantastic view of the bay of Cannes from the church.
- The apartment is on the fifth floor of the building on the right-hand side. The residence has a secured entrance.

- We will send a welcome guide once the booking confirmed, and we remain at your disposal for any further information or tips.
- Please do not forget to send us your email and phone number as soon as you have confirmed your reservation with us so we can share the welcome guide, it contains essential information to get the keys to the apartment.

Le Suquet is around 5 minutes 'walk away, Cannes' historical district with pretty medieval streets, tons of typical restaurants, and a fantastic view out over the bay of Cannes and the islands of Lerins from the church.

- Cannes is a city that is best to discover walking. You can also use taxis or Uber cars if you want to get somewhere without walking.
- Access by car: 10 to 15 minutes from A8 highway exit “Grasse, Le Cannet, Cannes, Mougins"
- From the railway station: 15mn walk taking the “Avenue Bachaga Said Boualam“
- From Nice Airport:
** Taxi: around 75 € and 30 minutes
** Express bus: 22 € one way to the port of Cannes
** Train: cheaper but train station at 10min from the airport

- Congress, fairs & events in Cannes: we advise you to book in advance. Please check out the Cannes website for an up to date calendar of events
- A cot is available for children as well as a high chair and a small bath, please request it before arrival.
- Washing machine available (soap included).
- Dishwasher available (soap included).
- Nespresso coffee pods will be provided.
- Bedding provided.
- Internet, Wi-Fi, 140cm TV screen.

Please note that the common areas are undergoing renovations, so the building meets carbon emission targets. You will see technical pipes & wiring on the ceiling, as the suspended ceiling has been removed in preparation of the work. Please be sure that there will be NO noise disturbance during your stay, so please excuse us for the appearance of the common areas: this is our contribution to save the planet :-)
