This property also has a spacious front garden. The place itself is a 3 minute walk from St James University Hospital and a 5 minute drive to the centre of Leeds. Useful amenities available within a 5 minute walking distance include Morrisons supermarket as well as many small independent retailers and shops. Roundhay Park is 5 minutes drive. University of Leeds is about 1.8 miles and Headingley stadium is 3 miles. The place itself is very modern and clean. The bedrooms are very cosy with each having a spacious double bed as well as a desk, study area and TV. The kitchen comes equipped with a brand new cooking stove and a whole range of utensils and cutlery.
