Charming apartment in Pigneto, located on the third floor without an elevator on a very quiet street just a short walk from the pedestrian area. It features one bedroom with a queen-size bed. Bathroom with tub and shower, fully equipped kitchen, and a small room with a sofa bed for an additional 2 people. Ideal for couples, couples with children, and professionals. Air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine, and all the comforts for an unforgettable stay. It also has a shared terrace accessible directly. Just 2 minutes from Metro C.

Located near San Giovanni, to the east of the city center, Pigneto is primarily associated with an alternative lifestyle and has a youthful and edgy appearance. During the day, it doesn't differ much from other Roman suburbs, but after the sun sets, there is a distinctly bohemian atmosphere. Its lively nightlife, more affordable rents, and vibrant street art scene make the neighborhood popular among students.

There are many bars, restaurants, and food markets in the area, known for its communist roots and connections to the Italian director Pier Paolo Pasolini. Nestled between the bustling Via Casilina and Via Prenestina, the area is well-served by public transportation, especially trams, and is relatively close to the city center thanks to trams and the subway.

Perfect stay!

Everything we needed and more!Flat in the heart of lively Pigneto! So many bars, restaurants and cafes just a 3 minute walk away.Bust stop, tram station and metro station all also walking distance, max 5 minutes.Flat in general was exactly what we needed! PERFECT!!!!!! Would definitely stay again!

Out of town but good transport links

The property is located on the third floor with bars and restaurants less than a 5 min walk and in the other direction the tram which is quicker than the metro

Great Experience!!!

I stayed here for a vacation with two of my friends and we had a wonderful stay. Looked just like the pictures and super easy access to go in and out of the apartment. Would recommend!

The apartment was perfect for our short stay. The neighborhood comes alive at night with plenty of restaurants and bars open. It is super convienient to public transportation which puts you in the city center within 20 mins or so. Very good communication from Alex.

Rome Review

Apartment was as described! Was a little difficult to find because there was nothing on the door that indicated that it was the correct address, especially in the night. Ended up just hoping the unlock button would work and it unlocked the door. Beds were comfortable, provided good shower amenities, and had everything needed for a full kitchen. Location was also very close to metro station. Also had immediate access to roof top terrace for hanging laundry to dry which was very nice. Only other complaint was the shower didn’t drain well so ended up finishing a shower in a puddle of water but sounds like an easy fix. Thanks for letting us stay at your apartment!

Cuando fuimos a hacer el check in nos enteramos de q teníamos que pagar un dinero adicional por ser turistas (6 noche por persona). Al abrir la sábana de una de las camas encontramos unas manchas amarillentas que no se quitan. Al ducharnos el agua salía de la ducha no sabíamos cómo llegando al pasillo de las habitaciones. El tapón del lavabo del baño se atrancó sin nosotros hacer nada al respecto y nos tuvimos q lavar los dientes en el fregadero. También hay una gotera en la terraza que está continuamente goteando. Uno de los cuartos tiene una luz súper débil. Gracias por leer nuestra sincera reseña, volveremos

El departamento está hubicado a una cuadra del tren o a 3 del metro, es una cuadra tranquila. A 100 metros está la calle principal, que a la noche hay un montón de lugares para cenar y se llena de gente, la gran mayoria locales. El departamento es cómodo, completo y tiene una terraza preciosa.

Repetiría. Piso bien ubicado y cómodo

El piso se encuentra cerca de una boca de metro, lo que ofrece facilidad para desplazarse por la ciudad. El anfitrión ofrece todas las comodidades necesarias para la estancia. Como inconveniente principal, cabe destacar los cortes repetidos de agua caliente. Por lo general una estancia agradable y muy recomendable.
