Great apartment at a convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was very convenient to get to Rome’s tourist sites by bus or metro. The house was clean and spacious. Agnese was very prompt in responding to our questions.

Amazing experience in Roma

It was such a nice stay in a quiet, yet convenient part Of Roma - just far enough to relax but close Enough to Uber and/or walk Into central ROMA. the host was communicative and amazing… would absolutely stay there again!

Very clean,direct airport train stops within walking distance.

Apartment was very clean and AC worked well. Train that goes directly from the international Fiumicino (FCO) airport stops about 8 walking minutes from the apartment. We got very clear instructions from the manager what train to get on and where to get out. Bus stops and metro is also located close by and gets you fast to all tourist attractions. It’s much easier than renting a car and looking for parking…Grocery store and tasty Italian restaurants 5 walking min away. We were there with 3 kids ages 11-16 and everyone was happy. Best host, great apartment

Host was excellent. She responded quickly to all our questions. Host was very helpful. Location of apartment is great! Close to metro & bus to visit major sites in Rome. Wonderful sunlight in apartment. Supermarket nearby. Apartment is spacious, very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

The location is great if you are comfortable using the metro and/or taking buses. Close to the grocery store and pharmacy. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The only possible issue may be the size of the shower and low water pressure. But we didnt mind. Thank you,host, Agnese!

Everything was great. Very clean, quiet. I wish the water pressure was stronger and the internet faster, but these are minor compared to other factors.

Nice apartment on the outskirts of the main attractions

The apartment was clean and as described. The owner was very nice and met us as we arrived. She even took the time to drive with us to find parking which was very helpful in the city. Notes: Had an elevator. Was close to groceries and restaurants. A short walk to public transportation but if you didn't take public transportation, it was a significant walk to primary sites.

great location great apartment. My sincere thanks to the guest holder!!! On arrival date I have to bring my car back to rent a car company, she accompanied me and it was able to be there at time. After return my mobile did't work in Rom and I was not able to call a Uber car, she took me to take the bus back to the apartment, even to cross the road I feared of the traffic and she holded my hand, how sweet!!!!! I 100% recommend this apartment, this lady is an angel to me.

Super clean place. Excellent host!

Agnese is a sweet person. She puts her heart into this place. When we arrived the elevator was down as it was finishing a major upgrade. By the time we left it was operational and such a nice elevator. She felt so bad she offered to carry our luggage up. So thoughtful. The apartment itself was very clean. As others have mentioned the washroom door is a bit hard to close until you figure it out. It is actually an easy fix but the one and only complaint we had. Such a minor thing overall. Don’t let that hold you back because the place is nice. The AC works AMAZING which we relied on because during our stay the weather was in the 40s. Super hot. It is about a 45 min walk to the colosseum (which we did the one day and with the heat decided to drive the rest of the week). Parking is readily available and cheap. We paid 4 euros a day at the local tobacco shop and the parking ticket works everywhere in Rome which was a HUGE plus! The kitchen works very well fridge is a bit smal for our family of 5 but we made it work. There is a Conad about 2-3 min walk away which meant we would stop in and grab fresh things every day vs buying in bulk like we usual do. It actually worked better as fresh bread for breakfast every day is much better tasting! A really nice pastry shop just pat the Conad that had amazing sweets. I do recommend this place. It is a great value and everything is super close. We felt so safe walking at night and would rent from Agnese again. Agnese is also a sweetheart and even came to say goodbye to us when we were leaving. We chatted for a bit. She is so easy going and very nice. Agnese mille grazie per tutto. Tu sei una bella persona.

schöner Rom-Kurztrip

Gut gelegene Wohnung, um schnell zur Metro oder zum Bus oder Zug zu gelangen. Die Wohnung war ruhig und die Kommunikation sehr gut. Wer vom Flughafen zur Wohnung möchte, sollte den Zug nehmen bis zur Station Tuscolana. Kostet 8.-€ pP. Danach etwa 8 min zu Fuss.

Appartement propre et spacieux au 4ème étage avec ascenseur avec tout le confort nécessaire : 2 chambres (bonne literie), coin salon télé (en italien), cuisine bien équipée, salle de bains douche/toilettes. Logement très tranquille dans une rue calme. Il est excentré mais il est bien desservi par le métro et les bus. Supermarchés proches ainsi que des restaurants (Naruto Sushi à faire!). Agnese, notre hôte a été très arrangeante quant à notre arrivée. Elle est disponible et discrète.

Bon séjour dans cet appartement

Le séjour s’est bien passé dans l’appartement de Agnese. Elle était là à notre arrivée et a été de bon conseil pour notre sejour. L’appartement est un peu éloigné du centre touristique de Rome mais facilement accessible en bus ou par le métro. Pour notre part on prenait le métro à l’arrêt Re di Roma (entre 5 à 10 min à pied). A proximité on trouve un supermarché et des restaurants. L’appartement est bien équipé, 2 lits doubles et un lit simple. La cuisine est bien équipée. Seul bémol, le canapé est fait pour 4 et pas pour 5 personnes. Un petit fauteuil serait le bien venu.

Superbe séjour à Rome

Agnese a été une hôtesse parfaite : très gentille et disponible. L’appartement est un peu loin mais le quartier est très bien desservi par le bus, le train et le métro un peu plus loin. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und nette Vermieterin

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß und gut gelegen. In 5-10 Minuten ist man an der Metro oder am Bahnhof Tuscolano. Der Bus 85 fährt direkt zum Collosseum und in die Innenstadt.

Great place great host

We love the apartment. very spacious and everything necessary for our family of 4. Agnes is a super host, very communicative with perfect English and very nice. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. the only thing is that it needs a small side table in the living room to support a glass and snacks and also an ottoman if we want to rest our legs and watch some tv and rest after a long day of walking. other than that this place is perfect. Very nice and quiet neighborhood with a super supermarket nearby. I highly recommend staying here.

Appartamento comodo, funzionale e in buona posizione

Agnese è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima. Host TOP! Per quanto riguarda la casa nulla da dire: gli ambienti sono spaziosi e ben organizzati, la dotazione di accessori sia per la cucina che per il bagno e le camere da letto è quasi perfetta. Dico quasi perché l'unico neo è l'asciugacapelli che va bene se hai pochi capelli o li hai corti. Per donne dalle folte chiome assolutamente no. :) La posizione è strategica, abbastanza centrale ma in zona tranquilla, a poche centinaia di metri dalla prima fermata della Metro e ben servita anche da negozi e supermercati. Consigliatissimo per un weekend lungo a Roma!

Une adresse sympatique pour visiter rome

Appartement très grand et très propre à proximité d'un magasin d'alimentation, d'une station de bus et à 10 minutes de la station Ré di Roma. Les lits sont très confortables. Agnèse est très sympatique.
