This cosy and renovated 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Lisbon, in a charming area of the city. With an area of 97 m², the apartment is fully equipped and tastefully furnished, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay for families.



The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, accommodating up to 4 people. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.



The independent kitchen is modern and complete, equipped with an induction hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to prepare family meals. There is also a comfortable dining area.



The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, central heating and high speed Wi-Fi internet access, providing a pleasant environment throughout the year. There is also an iron available for guests.

Parking only at a payed public park, 3 minutes away walking. Parking on the street not available.

We have in person check in or the option for a self check in also.



The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, beaches, parks and other tourist attractions. It is only 400 metres from Rossio Station and 1.5 km from Cais do Sodré Station, allowing you to easily explore the city.

Ambiance in a Great Location

I really loved the artwork and feel of the unit. Very comfortable and a great location close to all the core areas we wanted to visit. Martin and his team were excellent communicators and made our stay easy. They assist with a late check in due to our flight and showed up with candles and checked in on the residents during the nation wide power outage.

Lovely Apt in Lisbon

The location of this apt was perfect for visiting Lisbon for the first time. Close to restaurants, metro, shopping and tourist points of attraction. The apt was well appointed with lots of light (shades in the bedrooms) to make our stay very comfortable. The welcome basket was a surprise plus!

Great apartment in the heart of Lisbon. Easy walk to everything. Louis was a great host. Hot water in the shower was a little temperamental-not sure if this is normal or maybe there was something going on in the building? Regardless, we loved it and would definitely stay again.

This stylish apartment is located just steps from all of Lisbon's major attractions. It has an elevator, AC and laundry which are big pluses. They kitchen is well appointed. The back bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and it is away from street noise.On the downside, this unit has point-of-use hot water which comes and goes, and the bathroom fans (which are attached to the light switches) are extremely noisy. Also, the second bedroom is tiny, with barely enough room for 2 single beds, leaving nowhere to put your bags. It also looks over the street and is quite noisy.

Kathrerine we are happy you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for your feedback which we will verify for improvements. The bedroom is as advertised but with correct closed window there should be no noise as we are on a secondary street and on the 4th floor so pretty high up and away from street. I noticed there was one side of the window not 100% closed. We will always do our best to improve and make our guests happy!

My best VRBO experience yet!

We enjoyed our stay so very much, and without Luis' help, we could have never put all that we did together. The apartment is very welcoming and well appointed. We were thrilled with our choice. Upon arrival we were welcomed woth a lovely bottle of wine, and local pastries ( which we fell in love with). As a host Luis goes above and beyond, I am so thankful to him and for his patience in helping me organize our trip. You can't go wrong with choosing this apartment.

The apartment was great! It's lovely, clean, well-appointed and perfectly placed to walk to almost everything you will want to see. Let's face it, Lisbon is a large city, and you can't reach everything by foot. Luis met us promptly and let us in the apartment. What's App made it so simple to communicate with him. He set us up with three private tours with excellent guides and recommended one of his favorite restaurants which we enjoyed the first night. We discovered a favorite restaurant of our own on the Rossio (Gelo) which was an 8-10-minute walk from the apartment. The A/C was chilling, and the elevator worked beautifully, yet it is petite. Only 2 people per ride, but very convenient. We definitely used the washing machine after 12 days on a ship. There is shopping galore all around and restaurants and incredible bakeries. We walked to the apartment from the cruise ship. We used Luggit to have our luggage picked up from the dock and delivered to the apartment when it was ready hours later while we explored the neighborhood. Exceptional, comfortable, convenient and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and two pastel natas to jump start our stay. You can't go wrong with this one.
