This cosy and renovated 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Lisbon, in a charming area of the city. With an area of 95.35 m², the apartment is fully equipped and tastefully furnished, providing a comfortable and welcoming stay for families and friends.



The apartment has 2 bedrooms, with 4 beds in total, including 1 double bed and 2 single beds. There is also 1 extra bed. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub.



The kitchen is independent and equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, among others. There are also cooking utensils available.



The apartment has air conditioning, central heating and Wi-Fi access, ensuring comfort during your stay. There is also a TV with English and Portuguese channels.



The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, beaches, parks and other points of interest. The airport is only 7 km away.

This apartment was perfect. We loved the area as there was shopping and many restaurants nearby. Our host, Luis, was so helpful in setting up tours for us (Tuk Tuk, Sintra). If we return to Lisbon, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay, the location was perfect for walking to many of the interesting neighborhoods and sights in Lisbon. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were updated and clean. Nice to have the elevator to move the baggage up and down the three floors. We were very happy with this apartment

We were two couples traveling together. Luis and his team were excellent hosts and were amazing for accommodating requests from airport pick up, to Fado tickets to basic questions about Lisbon. They made everything very welcoming. The apartment was in the heart of city center with easy access, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

The property was close to everything!! We did a lot of cooking while there, and could easily walk to great grocery stores. The air conditioning was fantastic! The apartment was very quiet and we would absolutely stay again!

Perfect everything

The location was great and easily walkable to most of Lisbon. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a washer/dryer were priceless for our family of 4 during the heat wave. Luis made everything easy from transport to/from the airport, checking in/out and recommendations. We loved our stay here and only wish it was longer.

Super Lisbon Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Baxia 107. The location was perfect! We could easily walk to most places we wanted to go. Located on a quiet side street, the apartment is just off the main pedestrian street with tons of restaurants and shops in every direction. The waterfront is a short walk. The apartment is on the third floor but the elevator made that a non issue. Luggage transfer was easy. Not having to walk up three flights of stairs at the end of a long day of sightseeing was great. The apartment was as advertised, very clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. We even figured out the washer/dryer! Really nice to have air conditioning after a day out in the sun. Our host was very pleasant, accommodating and responsive. He recommended restaurants and even made reservations for us for a Fado show. The welcome bottle of Portugese red wine was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Lisbon.

4 day trip

This property is located in a great spot for strolling around the old part of Lisbon and city center. It is very close to numerous shops and restaurants with access to various transportation modes. The apartment is perfect for a family or friends with great amenities and on a quieter street. One of the best VRBOs I have stayed at in past 15 years for all reasons above.

Well located and family friendly

Amenities and location were great. The apartment was lovely for our small family. I haven’t given 5 stars as there were a few aspects that could be improved - neighbours could be noisy, hot water ran out quickly etc. Communication with the hosts was mostly good but I had made a few requests beforehand (eg having a cot and high chair) which were not there on arrival.

Lisbon vacation

The apartment is as advertised, comfortable, clean and well equipped, and the location is excellent. However, the best part was the host. He was welcoming and always available, but he also went above and beyond to help us when we needed we highly recommend the placeurgent help to get cash on a Saturday.

The apartment was in a great location and you could walk anywhere. It was clean and comfortable and quiet. Luis was very helpful and booked a Fado show and dinner reservation for us and both were great recommendations. Good value for money.

Love Lisbon

We had a wonderful 6 days in Lisbon. The apartment is close to everything. If we couldn’t walk to our destination we could walk to the Metro. Very easy. Loved it

Our Lisbon vacation

We were greeted by our wonderful host and the apartment had been refurbished with a great kitchen, baths, bedrooms, etc. All was very clean which is the most important. The location was great. We just had an outstanding visit in Lisbon. We loved the city!

Wonderful place and hosts

The property is spacious and a great location for Alfama and Baixa strolling. The hosts are very attentive and the check-in process was seamless. Having stayed in several VRBOs on this 2-week trip, this is our absolute best experience. I would recommend this place 100%

Cute apartment in a great location

Apartment was cute and very clean. Host did not meet us at check-in which led to some miscommunication and struggles on our part trying to figure out how things worked. Location was excellent!

Excellent Location in Baxia

Very convenient location to all the sites. Close by to elevators to Alfama and Barrio Alto. Small convenient stores within a few blocks and a little bit further to bigger super markets.

Perfect location, lovely place

This place was located in the perfect area - close to restaurants and many of the local attractions. Well appointed kitchen even though we didn’t use at all, great to have two bathrooms, love the high ceilings and elevator!
