Meet this incredible fully renovated apartment located in a charming area in the city centre of Baixa, with 110 m², tastefully furnished and fully equipped, with capacity for 4 people.



It is an apartment in a building with a lift, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite). It has internet access, TV and air conditioning (hot and cold), towels, sheets, amenities, hair dryer and iron.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.



Professional cleaning and sanitised with certified products, following the most recent international hygiene guidelines.



The apartment is located next to an extensive public transport network, Restaurants, Cafés and Shops.

Great apartment in a great area of the heart of Lisbon. Nice balcony to people watch. Has a coffee maker American style. Highly recommend staying here.

Great apartment centrally located in Lisbon near tons of shops and restaurants. Outside of not having wash cloths (which I forgot aren't really a thing in most of Europe), the apartment had everything else you could need for a family of 4. I would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Great home base for Lisboa exploration. Couldn't have asked for a better location as it's super walkable and you have countless restaurants and attractions just beyond your front door. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Great spot for family of four! Kids had their own beds and bathroom and we got the main room with bathroom (and the bed wasn’t just two twins pushed together). Great location - walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Welcome gifts were a great touch - coffee, chocolates and wine! Laundry (combo washer/dryer) was a huge help to keep our packing light. Nothing was missing for our stay- it was perfect!

The apartment was lovely, and it enhanced our vacation tremendously. The beds were comfy, the apartment was very clean, and the large windows made the rooms light and cheerful . It was the perfect location too, to get to other neighborhoods and to catch the bus at Commerce Plaza. We would choose this place again.

This was an amazing place to stay! Our host was the absolute best with communications, setting up transportation and tours. He even checked in on us as a hurricane passed through the area. We can't say enough about this location and apartment. Do not hesitate to stay here - you will not be sorry!

While we had a little trouble finding it since it is on a pedestrian only zone, it was a great location for walking to all of the sights. We were afraid that it would be noisy since there were sidewalk restaurants just outside of the door but the street was less busy than the pedestrian street one block over and the windows did block a lot of the noise. We were there during a heatwave and fully appreciated the AC! The place was spacious (although the kitchen was quite small), beds were comfortable and showers were great. The place is on the 1st floor (US 2nd floor) with an elevator so not so bad. Note that the building itself is quite old and the appliances are as well although everything was operable. We would stay here again!

We had a nice stay in Lisbon and the apartment's location is what stands out. Definitely a prime location! Though would we stay here again? Probably not. But was it a nice apartment that had what we needed? Yes it was. Pros: -- Amazing location right in the heart of the central area. -- The place is spacious and has a nice living room for relaxing after a long day exploring.-- There is an elevator in the building and laundry in the apartment, which were both helpful for us.Cons:-- The Internet was spotty. It would regularly cut out which wasn't great when I was trying to do work.-- One of the bathrooms smelled a bit like sewage the whole time we were there. Not horribly but just enough that we wanted to keep those doors shut when not in use. -- One set of the inner doors (not the windows) that looks out onto the street did not close properly so that meant a bit more noise coming in from the street which can be loud at night since there are restaurants right below.-- The beds are super firm so if you don't like that then it will be a rough sleep. -- You hear every bit of noise in the hallway by the elevator so anytime someone is coming in or out of the building, you hear it.

That said, we were genuinely sorry and somewhat surprised to read about some of the issues mentioned, particularly as none of them were reported to us during your stay. We are always available to our guests and strongly encourage them to contact us whenever something is not working as expected. Had we known about the internet connection, the bathroom smell or the issue with the inner doors, we would have had the opportunity to investigate them immediately and, wherever possible, resolve them during your stay. The same applies to the firmness of the mattresses. We actually have soft mattress toppers specifically for guests who prefer a softer bed, and we would have been more than happy to provide them during your stay. A simple message to us would have allowed us to make the beds considerably softer and more comfortable according to your preference. Regarding the street and building noise, the apartment is located in the very heart of Lisbon, which provides the exceptional central location you highlighted, but naturally also comes with some of the sounds associated with a lively and historic city centre. We truly appreciate constructive feedback, as it helps us maintain and improve our standards. At the same time, we only wish these concerns had been communicated to us during the stay, as several of them could have been addressed very quickly. Our team is always available and willing to help, but unfortunately we cannot resolve issues that we are not made aware of. This place was great! Check-in was easy. Place was clean and well cared for. As advertised, it’s right in the middle of Old Town Baixa. While the apartment was great, we’d rather stay in a different area next time because this area is really touristy (think Navy Pier Chicago kind of touristy). Every time we walked to and from the apartment, we were approached by several sales people trying to get us to sit down at one of their outdoor restaurant tables. It was also difficult to find Ubers because the streets around the apartment are closed to traffic (only for pedestrians). Again the apartment itself was great though!

Our host stayed in touch regarding our arrival and met us at the property to show us around. He gave us recommendations for restaurants and activities which we really appreciated. The apartment was very clean and in a great location. I highly recommend.
