Premium 2 ensuite bedroom apartment is situated in a primary location directly on the famous Boulevard de la Croisette, only steps away from the beach and Palais de Festival. You will love staying here during the MIPIM, Cannes Film Festival, LIONS and the other conferences and congresses in Cannes! Ideal for both tourists and delegates!
This bright apartment is on the 5th and the last floor with an elevator. It holds 70m2 for four people. It features an open space living room combined with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two cosy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a plenty of storage room. Balcony has a million dollar view on La Croisette beach and the sea. If you are looking for a safe and lively neighbourhood with quick and easy access to all popular sites then this is YOUR place!
