• 2 cosy bedrooms, each with a queen bed (200x150cm), with the possibility of adding a baby cot, for the comfort of the youngest.

Best VRBO I have ever booked!

If you are staying in Lamego, I can’t recommend this property highly enough! I wish all bookings were this good! Spacious, beautiful and central location in Lamego, this our most enjoyable stay so far on our trip! The host was responsive and very hospitable. We enjoyed nearby dining and local restaurants. The Douro region deserves more time than we had but it was so beautiful!!

Wonderful Apartment and Host

Located in a great location with free parking nearby. Apartment was large, very clean and well supplied. Jose the Host would check on us (by messaging) to make sure that we were happy with the apartment and to see if we needed anything. There was also fresh fruit, water and regional hand made candies that he had out for us prior to arriving. We have been in Portugal for a month bouncing from town to town and this was by far our favorite apartment and Host. Highly recommended

Lovely Apartment - Great part of Lamego

This apartment is super cute- Just like the pictures. Extremely clean and well appointed and very spacious. It has tons of windows with pretty views and is very bright, but has great black-out blinds for sleeping. It is located in the center of town. The kitchen was very well equipped -lots of linens and fresh lemons- how nice! There was always street parking available in mid-May, low cost during the day and free after 7pm unit 9am, but I'm not sure if this applies in the busy season. I believe that street parking had a 3-hour limit during the day, so not sure what you would do if you want to leave the car for an entire day. There were few restaurants withing 5-10 minutes but we did have a delicious, very inexpensive dinner at a very unpretentious, family restaurant called O Sousa and the hospitality and service were amazing. Most restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk -all around the lovely Avenida Visconde Guedes Teixeira promenade that leads to the Lady of Remedies Sanctuary -both must sees. Here we had delicious tapas at "Douro Excellence". In May the sidewalks roll up at early near the apartment, so it's dull night-life wise, but very quiet for sleeping. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend this apartment.
