Located on the second floor, accessed via a flight of stairs, this elegant Central London flat comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Spread across two levels, the smoke-free property boasts a spacious living room, two cosy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

**CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be aware that construction work to neighbouring properties is ongoing. Construction work will be conducted Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM only. No construction work or noise will occur on weekends.

The living room features a plush sofa, a dining table for four, and a Smart TV, complemented by a charming decorative fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with sleek, modern appliances and all necessary utensils to whip up anything from a quick snack to a full dinner.

Highly recommended!

We had a truly lovely stay at this beautiful Kensington maisonette. It was very clean, quiet, and incredibly cosy — perfect for our family (my husband, daughter, and myself). Lots of character! The kitchen was especially lovely: well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The sitting room was a real highlight — with its furnishings and fireplace, we felt like characters in a Jane Austen novel.The location was ideal — tucked away and calm, yet just a super short walk to Hyde Park, High Street Kensington and the underground. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and characterful place to stay in London!

Great flat, amazing location

We are a family of three from the US. The flat was clean, well maintained, well equipped, and was quite spacious. This flat would work equally well for a family or group of four. The split level layout makes for some steps, but also nicely divides the flat so we could all have our own space. You could stay in this flat for a week and feel right at home. The location in Kensington could not be better. It's a very short walk to Kensington Palace and Gardens, the Underground, Hyde Park, Holland Park, and all of the shopping locations, with high quality grocery stores and plenty of great restaurants nearby. While "in the middle of everything" it's tucked back in a nice quite alley in a very nice neighborhood. You will feel safe and have a wonderful peaceful retreat to return to at the end of your adventures.

Dissappointing

I am sorry to say that the management company who manages this property was absolutely terrible. It took me lots of communication to even get check in instructions and after booking and paying extra to have someone meet us for check-in they still failed to do that and we had to wait at a cafe until finally someone got back to us. Similar on checkout - it took me reaching out to get any instructions and you had to walk to a stores 5 minutes away to drop off the keys. In addition the apartment while a reasonable space was quite dirty. The carpets need a deep cleaning. The space itself was good and the kitchen quite serviceable. The redeeming feature of this apartment is its location, which was perfect.

The dark cloud in an otherwise fantastic trip.

Our trip to the UK was incredible, but our experience with this property was a letdown. The dwelling was fine, with its charming London layout and a prime Kensington location, close to High Street station, making it convenient with ample nearby options. However, the issue was the management company, City Relay. After returning from Ludlow to London, we went to pick up our key at an unusual location - a 24-hour shop. I gave my code, but it didn’t work. The shop clerk advised us to go to another location, a 15-minute walk in the opposite direction. After standing outside the shop with our luggage, I contacted CR on WhatsApp. They eventually provided a new code, which finally worked. This inconvenience set the tone for the rest of our stay. Once we arrived, the property was pleasant, tucked away on a quiet, picturesque street. But there were further issues: City Relay's response was unclear about key drop-off, initially directing us to a distant location. Then, one day, the water shut off entirely. I contacted City Relay in the morning, but they didn’t resolve the issue, and the water was only restored by a neighbor’s initiative. Additionally, the property had minimal supplies—barely enough toilet paper and no shampoo or soap, a rarity based on our stays at other VRBOs worldwide. If the owners want to improve, I’d suggest they consider another management company. The property is lovely, but City Relay’s lack of responsiveness and customer care overshadowed it.

Super séjour dans cette maisonnette !!

Super séjour à « Cozy and Spacious Kensington Maisonette ». Logistique d’arrivée et de départ qui semble à première vue « impersonnelle » mais parfaitement organisée, et très bonne réactivité par message à la moindre question. Le logement est confortable, spacieux, propre ! Super quartier, à 5 min à pied de la station high street Kensington, boutique d’alimentation à 5 min également. Rien à reprocher !
