The Stables
The Stables is the largest of the 3 Cottages, suitable for up to 6 people. (Maximum of 4 Adults)
2 Bedrooms, Bed 1 is a Double and Bed 2 is a Family Room
As you open the door you enter the open plan living kitchen dining area. The solid wood kitchen is painted in grey and cream with wood effect worktops. Fitted Full Oven and fitted microwave,Fridge/Freezer also it has a integrated dishwasher.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need to make a full meal and enough pots pans and plates for all 6 guests.
The dining table seats 4 with 2 extra foldable chairs available so the whole family can dine together.
Bed 1: 1x King size bed, dressing table & wardrobe
Bed 2: The Family Room has 1x King size, 1x Single bed, 1x Sofa bed, dressing table & wardrobe
Max 1 well behaved small to medium dog allowed (surcharge) £30 per dog Per Stay
Free welcome packs are provided with every booking: Tea, coffee, milk and sugar.

Each of cottages are designed to give you that home away from home feel. Below is a guide to the facilities common to all the cottages to help you plan your next stay. Please do contact us if you have any questions or requests and we'll be happy to help.
WiFi is free and unlimited in all our cottages.
Linen and towels are provided in all bedrooms. We also provide an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
Kitchens are fully stocked and include oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment(s).
Smart TVs are in each cottage lounge.
Underfloor heating systems throughtout.
Shower rooms in each of the cottages.
Solar panels on every cottage.
Children are welcome. We can provide a travel cot (no bedding) and high chair.
People with disabilities please ask us when booking, we will be more than happy to discuss which cottage would be the most suitable.
Groups are welcome.
A dog is welcome in each of the cottages. We ask for a £30 per stay surcharge for bookings with dogs.
Courtyard area with seating. The cottages have a communal outdoor area with picnic benches.
Secure car parking is provided for each cottage in the gated car park.

Purchased in 2018 as a derelict wreck of a house with Derelict Stables, we Renovated the House for our own use, then Renovated , Rebuilt and Extended the stable block to Create 3 Stunning Mews Cottages, around a stone courtyard. The Cottages are self entering but we are about a lot of the time if you need us, and we are only ever a phone call away if you need anything

We have spent a lot of time and money to try and make everything perfect for your stay at The Cottages. The heating is Underfloor and powered via energy efficient electric boilers in turn powered by the Solar panels on the roof. The beds have super comfy Hybrid pocket sprung Mattresses to give you a perfect nights sleep. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you are likely to need, but if we have forgotten anything just let us know. Located just outside Bridlington on the Beautiful East Coast Of Yorkshire, the location allows you to tour the East Coast and Yorkshire Wolds with all The Scenery and Attractions the area has to offer. The site is fully enclosed and entry is via an electric gate, with external cctv for your security.
