Amazing villa located on the northwest cost of Ibiza, some 300m away from luxury hotel La Hacienda, in San Miguel village area, 25 minutes driving from Ibiza town and 40 minutes from Ibiza airport. It is a two-floor modern 340sqm house surrounded by its own private 3,400 sqm Mediterranean garden with a private swimming pool. It is placed in an extremely peaceful area with astonishing views into Cala Benirras, a legendary location well known for its sunsets. Access is via electronic gates. The front of the house is made of a glass wall looking into the bay.



The villa sleeps up to 10 people. It has 5 double bedrooms all of them with en- suite floor heated bathrooms. There is another separate toilet in the ground floor for occasional visitors. It has a large, open space sitting room and a separate dining room in the ground floor with access to the garden. It has a fully equipped vitro-ceramic kitchen, microwave, oven, dish washer and a complete set of appliances.



There is a small library/office with working facilities in the upper floor, with patios and terraces looking into the sea in every bedroom. Facilities include central heating and separate air conditioned in every room, digital TV, two TV sets, Bose wireless music set, DVD player and a powerful private WI-FI internet connection. It has a separate washing room with a washing machine in the boiler room.



The villa has a large garden with different areas and a swimming pool that spills over the sides of a hill looking into Benirras beach, one of the most iconic in the island. The garden has two separate dining areas and a solarium.



Around the area there are several top restaurants, beaches and calas just 10 minutes driving, heliport 200 away from the villa. The main village of San Miguel is 10 minutes driving where there can be found plenty of shops and supplies.
