The quirky converted Hay Loft offers reverse level living, and is the only property on the site with a large back garden and on two levels.. 13 steps to entrance.

Kitchen area: Range, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. External utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site). Back garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Hot tub for 2 (private). Indoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 5m x 3m, depth 4m, open May-Sep). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children over 1 year old. . Welcome to The Hay Loft, one of three properties available for booking. Situated in the rural location of Carnell Green, the hamlet is close to towns of Camborne, Hayle and St Ives. Each property is unique and offers a totally different feel, furnished to a high standard to provide hotel quality, whilst keeping the original charm of each property.
This is an ideal base for people who are looking or a romantic getaway, love walking, cycling, surfing or who just want to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life! This upside-down Hayloft has the living area on the first floor, and with a full height picture window, ideal for watching wildlife and admiring the beautiful courtyard area. Comfy sofas are perfect for curling up in front of the the wood burner on cold winter evenings. The kitchen has a dual range cooker and is well-equipped for all your requirements, whether you just want breakfast or choose to cook. A welcome pack of local produce is provided. Downstairs is the walk-in shower room and bedroom. At the back is a good sized, enclosed garden and your own spa hot tub and sitting out area, ideal for morning coffee, a light lunch, or an evening meal. A fantastic way to end a busy day is to watch the stars in the amazing clear skies.
Penbroath Retreats offers a tranquil environment for guests to unwind and relax. The beautiful courtyard houses a bespoke laundry room, a doggy wash station as well as an indoor heated pool, (open between May – September). Designated parking keeps cars away from the properties allowing guests to enjoy the peace and tranquility. There is so much to do here, you can walk the dogs through locally, or drive to the coast and follow one of the coast paths. Beaches in this part of the world are among the most beautiful. Choose from miles of sandy flat beaches to the more protected beaches at Gwithian surrounded by dunes, or travel to one of the smaller beaches off the beaten track at Godrevy. If you are looking for the best surf, you have both the north coast and the west to choose from.
The village has a local shop, a post office and an agricultural store where wood and dog food can be purchased. If you don’t want to cook or eat out, order a takeaway - the delivery service is good with a wide choice available. There are beautiful restaurants in the area catering for all dietary requirements. Your four-legged friends will have a wonderful time here and will be begging you to bring them back for another adventure. Beach 3½ miles. These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 8 guests.
