This delightful apartment, set in a building opposite the Grand Canal, is a mix of Venetian and modern style. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs or lift. Its location is excellent due to its proximity to the railway station and bus station. Moreover, in just 2 minutes, you can reach the vaporetto stops that can take you around the entire city.

The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.

The building has a condominium terrace directly overlooking the Grand Canal, with an enchanting view of historic buildings and passing gondolas. An exclusive and tranquil place, perfect for enjoying the unique atmosphere of Venice, ideal for moments of relaxation or sunset aperitifs.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

Modern and clean apartment by the Grand Canal. Outdoor patio a plus. Host met us on time to let us in. Easy walk to many Venice sights.

Conveniently located across from train station very clean

very clean. Comfortable. Good location. Keys to get into the place were a bit difficult. The communal locks weren't in great shape so you really had to fiddle with the keys to get in. Felt like cracking a safe. But I always got it to work.
