This apartment with independent entrance is spread over two floors and consists of a living area with a large, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor, while on the upper floor there is a spacious double bedroom with a bathtub overlooking the canal and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there are two small balconies overlooking the Greek Canal.
Extremely easy to reach, it is located 5 minutes walking from the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop, which connects you with Marco Polo airport and other lagoon islands. Walking out of the apartment, in addition to encountering countless shops, restaurants and cafés, you can reach St. Mark's Square in 5 minutes on foot, the Biennale Gardens in 10 minutes and the Rialto Bridge in 12 minutes.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax payment of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be compiled and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.
The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.
