The kitchen overlooks the pool terrace and outdoor dining area, it is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle.

The adjoining utility room contains a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Still on the ground floor there is a bright and comfortable living room with sofas and TV, a large dining table is located in the adjoining dining area.

Outside you will find a beautiful south facing alfresco dining area with gas BBQ and traditional Portuguese wood oven for summer entertaining. A retractable awning offers shade as required.

The private pool and children’s splash pool is surrounded by enclosed manicured gardens with luxury sunlounger’s and parasols.
