Die Wohnung ist an sich gut...zu erwähnen ist aber, dass es kein Whirlpool gibt. The Klimatisierung ist auch NUR im Wohnzimmer und in dem einen Schlafzimmer. Das hintere Zimmer ist unklimatisiert. Nicht so toll, wenn es heiß ist!!

We really enjoyed our stay — the apartment is very nice, well located, and close to the Centro Histórico.When we arrived, one of the two showers wasn’t working. The host explained it would be fixed the next day, but unfortunately, it was only repaired on the third day. We understand personal circumstances can happen, but as guests, it would be reassuring to know a professional repair option is available if needed.Another point was the air conditioning. One of the reasons we chose this apartment was because it offered AC, which is very important in the hot weather. While we appreciate the host’s concern for the environment, being asked to turn it off during the day made it difficult to keep the place comfortable, especially since not all rooms have AC.Without these two instances, it would have easily been a 5/5 stay.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung am Zentrum von Malaga. Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants u.v.m. sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.Bei der Abwicklung gab es keinerlei Probleme. Gerne wieder.

2-month stay in Málaga

We have thoroughly enjoyed discovering Málaga and its surroundings for 8 weeks. The hosts were waiting for us at the apartment the day we arrived which was a nice touch. They explained the functionalities of the rental, answered any questions and were always just a WhatsApp away if we needed anything. The rental is spacious and clean. The air conditioning unit which also transforms into a heating unit came in handy during the two weeks of rain that Spain exceptionally experienced this year. I would have liked the kitchen a little more stocked because we cook a lot at home but it had all the basics. The location is perfect, quiet yet close to everything. Lots of market and restaurant options, at the very edge of the historic centre. We would recommend this apartment either for short or longer stays. Thank you !

1a Lage

Diese komfortable und gut ausgestattete Wohnung liegt am Rande der Altstadt, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ideale Lage! Die Kommunikation mit Isabel war unkompliziert und schnell. Dasselbe gilt für den Check-in. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

A lovely stay in Malaga

The apartment was as described, clean and spacious with beautifully folded towels! It was within walking distance of the city centre and places of interest. Malaga is full of wonderful restaurants and is very welcoming. I think it would have been helpful if more guest information was available on arrival such as the nearest supermarket, pharmacy, how to dispose of garbage etc. So a guest information folder would be very useful for the owner and for guests. A great stay.

Quaint Condo in a Great Location

The place was as advertised, clean and in a great location. The only thing I'd recommend is that you sleep with ear plugs since the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors and outside traffic. Otherwise, the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Insgesamt gesehen ist die Wohnung ok. Die Lage ist optimal. Die Austattung ausreichend. . Das 2te Schlafzimmer ist für Erwachsene nicht geeignet. Die Räumichkeiten sind zu beengt.DIe Matratzen müssten ausghetauscht werden.

Clean, spacious and well located apartment

The apartment was amazing. Not far from the centre of Málaga and minutes walk away from many excellent restaurants, bars, coffee and ice cream shops but surprisingly very little street noise at night. The host sent really detailed instructions for checking in and out and was very nice. The apartment was clean and spacious with all the advertised amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils and basic ingredients (salt, oil, coffee etc.) The beds were comfortable. The area felt safe and the security in the building was good. A great base from which you can easily explore the city.

A Home in Malaga

We had a truly wonderful stay here. The apartment was spacious, clean, and close to everything: Teatro Cervantes, restaurants, supermarkets, everything! It felt like home during our time in Malaga. The host Isabel was very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great experience. The unit is amazing, well-equipped ( could add a coffee maker /nespresso machine) , super clean , and very spacious. The location is amazing, You can walk everyone in the downtown core and the section of the street the apartment is on is very quiet and residential. If you have a car there is a parking garage around the corner , less than a 5 minute walk . Isabella was great to communicate with , answer were prompt and detailed. HIghly recommend , we loved it !!

Sehr zentrale Wohnung

Wir haben die drei Tage sehr genossen. Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt, es fehlte an nichts, auch gut geeignet für 2 Paare…2 separate Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen!

Nightmare

It's an absolute nightmare staying in this property and we just can't wait to escape from it!!! 1. Both toilets smell horrible and stinky!!! It's made us so sick and headache all the time. Told the host about the issue but she refused to do anything but suggested to open the window, which I did as soon as I arrived the property but didn't help at all. Tried to change our flight to leave early but failed due to no flights available. This vile smell has completely ruined our holiday for a week!!! 2. The official check-in time displayed as 3pm from the website, however the host only only allowed us to check-in from 5pm for no reason. When contacting her, she firstly lied there was cleaning work ongoing ,at 4:30pm, then admitted that she wouldn't change the check-in time to 4:30pm, though she has remote control for the door. So we had to stand outside for 30 minutes in the very cold wind, which caused me sick in first 2 days. 3. Noise issues from downstairs. 4. Bed not comfortable. Too many issues to list but this host and property has definitely be the worst host and property we have ever met during many years travelling!!!
