We had requested 2 bedrooms as we were 2 friends traveling together. We arrived in the evening, there were 2 bedrooms however the twin bed was so hard that neither of us could even attempt to sleep on it. Furthermore, it only had a bottom sheet so it appeared it wasn’t even made up. We tried contacting the host and got no response. We moved to a hotel so we could get comfortable beds. When I contacted VRBO after my trip abroad they said that the host refused to refund us because I hadn’t let her know if the problem. That was untrue as I tried several times without success.
