T3デュプレックスは、ポルトの歴史的中心部にある非常に高い位置にある歴史的な建物で完全に改装され、ポンDの忘れられない眺めが楽しめます。 一方にはルイス、ドウロ川とリベイラ、もう一方にはパラシオダボルサ、サンフランシスコ教会、ジャルダンインファンテドムエンリケがあります。
このアパートは、Forrester男爵が住んでいた鋭敏な5階建ての建物にあります。
ジョセフ・ジェームズ・フォレスターは、ドウロ川の非常に貴重な地形調査と同様に、（現在でも）非常に重要なドウロの地図を描く最初の人です。
1855年にポルトガルのペドロ5世の王から報酬を受け、彼はフォレスター男爵の称号を受け取りました。

As advertised! Beautiful living areas, comfy beds, great neighborhood . Easy to get to all the sights. Yet plenty to see right on the streets. And we felt safe inside and outside.

The only thing was the shortage of toilet paper. Fantastic location and great apartment! Enjoyed views from the front balcony and the balcony upstairs.

Marc was very responsive with details on how to check in. The place was clean, spacious and close to the river and restaurants. The only slight misrepresentation is that there is not a futo. It’s a large sofa but it still worked for sleeping.

We had a wonderful 3 days and nights in Porto. The apartment is lovely and in a fantastic location with a gorgeous view of Dom Luis Bridge. We were met and acquainted with the home and neighborhood and were very comfortable exploring the city. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location. River front is right around the corner. About 20min walk to Gaia. Lots of good and great restaurants in the area.

Great place!

The apartment is in a great central spot by the main square. Very convenient to get to, and the two levels give us more privacy. Marc was an excellent host!

The location is perfect. Beautiful view! The check process was ok.Would have been nice to have more than one coffee pod when we arrived in the afternoon and at least some dishwasher tablets. This is minor but would be handy and a special touch. Overall a good stay. Can recommend.

Stay here, you will not be disappointed

My husband and I loved our one month stay at this beautiful apartment in June 2025. You can tell by the photos it has everything that you need. The view to the Luís I bridge is perfect, You are 1/2 block to the Riberia and Douro river. 100’s of restaurants are within a few blocks. This is the prime location to stay for a few days or an extended stay like ours. Marc was a wonderful host, He replied promptly to all communications, Enjoy enjoy! Porto is a beautiful city, drink the port and eat a franchisinia

We all loved the location as its heart of Porto with great shopping, restaurants everywhere, close to river. The apartment was spotless. For us was that it did not have washer/dryer but found a lady to do it for us for really cheap. Would absolutely recommend the place and would stay there again

Great location

Wonderful apartment in the center of Porto. Very clean and comfortable. A little lite on kitchen utensils but we were able to make do. Flight of stairs to the elevator was a little challenging with luggage but manageable. Would definitely stay there again.

Sleeps two comfortably

The location of this unit was wonderful. The check in process was disappointing as we had to wait in the rain, although I had followed the instructions and reached out to the contact 45 minutes before our arrival. The contact was delayed and apologetic. I contacted the host before booking for confirmation that there was a futon in the living room. There is not. Rather it’s a leather chaise couch. Our 6’2” son had to sleep on it for three nights. It was uncomfortable, short and slippery. The second bedroom had a single mattress that was rock hard. As in, it may as well have been a box spring. The loft bedroom had a comfortable bed. Our bar was high as we had just come from a similarly priced and well-located apartment I. Lisbon that had wonderful. as-advertised sleeping conditions. Clearly, sleeping comfort is a priority for us when we travel and something I pay close attention to, if you can sleep anywhere this unit is ideal for a visit to Porto.

Location, location

We stayed at the same apartment in 2015. The location on the Ribeira is ideal for people who like to walk: a short stroll to the river and the port houses of Gaia, and also to the restaurants up the hill in Porto.Our companions did not like the hard bed in the main floor bedroom, and they complained also about noise at all hours from the street traffic.It was a great place to relax in the evenings, after many thousands of steps during the day.
