The Space:

Exceptionally spacious and beautifully designed, this ground-floor duplex features two large bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite), alongside a stylish living room, fully fitted kitchen, and separate dining area. Both bedrooms open onto private terraces, offering a rare touch of outdoor calm in central London.



Each detail has been chosen for comfort and quality, from five-star hotel bedding and natural fibre 3,000-sprung mattresses to superb sound insulation and blackout blinds. Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and multiple laptop-friendly workspaces make it ideal for both relaxation and productivity.



The kitchen comes equipped with state-of-the-art Siemens appliances, humidity-controlled fridges, Schulte-Ufer cookware, and Nordic Quooker boiling water taps. The apartment also includes underfloor heating, heated vanity mirrors, and stable-engineered oak flooring throughout.

The kitchen and dining room were beautiful; the living room was okay; the bathrooms were beautiful; the bedrooms were very comfortable, if a little claustrophobic on the lower ground floor. Tthe walls were thin and you could hear people coming and going through the front door all day long.

Perfect rental experience!

We had the most lovely visit to London. The apartment was excellent with the 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, large kitchen and tv room upstairs. Everything was modern and squeaky clean. The host was so communicative about everything and helped us immediately when we had questions. This apartment was quiet and yet close to anything you could need. Great experience all around!

Great find!

Awesome property with plenty of space to not feel on top of each other. Great restaurants and pubs nearby to a quick bite if arriving later in the day. Able to walk easily to just about anywhere or catching a bus or tube with ease. We were in the basement unit and didn’t have any issues with noise while in the apartment. Would stay again!

Exceeded expectations!

Very nice flat with two comfortable rooms and ample kitchen/dining space. The fact that’s it’s 2-stories and part of it is UG, actually made it cool and different, in a good way. Nice location, quiet, with ready access to very good restaurants, coffee shops, stations. The communication with the property manager was fantastic. Very responsive and overall, would happily return to this property.

Nice place

Lots of nice features - quite street, safe area, kitchen beautiful and easy to work in, super comfy beds, modern baths, ground floor sitting room nice place to meet friends, professional and attentive management. Having said that, this is mostly lower level living - the kitchen/dining/ brms/ba are on lower level with light wells. The stairs are quite steep, need WiFi calling for cell phone on lower level, downstairs was slightly chilly during unusual freezing weather. All in all, it worked for us. It is priced correctly.
