"La Grande Motte" is a large (300m2) wood and stone chalet with all commodities (ski room, sauna, TV corner, free wifi, children swing in the yard) that welcomes families and groups in a typical mountain atmosphere.
It is composed of a large dining room, a kitchen, a living room, 9 bedrooms on three levels, and opens onto a large terrace with views on the Champagny le Haut alpine pasture and the Grande Motte glacier.

In winter, it is located less than 10 minutes from the La Plagne-Paradiski ski lifts (frequent free shuttle), and at a 30 minutes drive from Courchevel. It directly overlooks the Nordic ski area.
In addition to the many activities available, outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the endless possibilities for hiking (skiing or snowshoeing) from the chalet (ice climbing, dog sledding, sledging, ...)

In summer, this classified site is one of the entrances to the Vanoise National Park, a paradise for hikers and wildlife enthusiasts where rare and preserved fauna and flora (eagles, bearded vultures, ibexes, and chamois) can be observed daily in their natural habitat. For the more adventurous, over 500 km of trails are accessible for trail running, mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, via ferrata, or mountaineering, as well as for simply strolling through the narrow streets of the old hamlets.

In any season, it is possible to enjoy, at the heart of the village of Champagny en Vanoise, all the necessary local shops (supermarket, wine cellar, cheesemaker, bars and restaurants, etc.), a large swimming pool, and a playground for children. Finally, the bakery delivers fresh bread and pastries every morning, to start the day off right.

"La Grande Motte" is a large chalet located in the very preserved hamlet of La Chiserette, altitude 1500m, an authentic Savoyard village, in the heart of the Vanoise, just 7 minutes away from the la Plagne-Paradiski ski resort. With its 9 rooms and its 300 m2, it offers great comfort for families and groups.

The Chalet, with its wood and stone construction, engages you in a mountain atmosphere. It has a large dining room with a fireplace, a lounge / tv area, a separated kitchen, a sauna & ski room area, a large terrace with views of the Grande Motte glacier, and a swing in the yard for youngsters.

In summer, the Champagny le Haut pasture surrounding the chalet (listed natural site) is one of the access gates to the la Vanoise National Park, a paradise for wildlife and hiking among a fully protected fauna and flora. For an energizing summer, more than 500 km of hiking or mountain biking trails are there to take you to your next adventure, amount other activities such as paragliding, quad biking, climbing and via ferrata, mountaineering, ..., but also simply to stroll through the alleys of the old hamlets.

In winter, you are at a 7 minutes drive from the gondola (free shuttles available), giving you access to the la Plagne-Paradiski ski resort. You can also access Courchevel & the 3 Vallées resort in 25 minutes
The Nordic ski area is directly across the street from the chalet and offers a wide range of activities: cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice climbing, dog sledding, ...).
