Villa Moscato is a country house located in Gavorrano, one of the most beautiful and fascinating places in Maremma, from which you can easily reach Grosseto, Follonica, Siena, and Florence.
Maremma is a charming area, rich in history, art, culture, nature, and gastronomic delights; it can be visited all year round, with each season offering new and different opportunities to explore the area.
The villa is surrounded by a large park, well-kept and filled with shady trees, flower beds, and Mediterranean plants.
Indipendent villa with 14+1 sleeps including a main building and an annex.
The main building is on two floors. The ground floor includes a TV room, a large living room with a fireplace, a computer and fax office, a dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a storage room. The first floor includes the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms each with bathroom and wardrobe, two double rooms with private bathroom, a bedroom with king-size bed and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The annex consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a single sofa bed and kitchenette.
There is also a small house near the pool, consisting of a bathroom with toilet and sink and a shower with turkish bath.

- Cancellation received 60 days or more before the arrival date: charge of the 30% (deposit already paid to confirm the booking), deposit payment is not refundable.
- Cancellation received less than 60 days prior to the arrival date: charge of 100% of the total due (deposit and balance payment aren’t refundable)
