Discover a haven of luxury and relaxation in Maremma Grossetana, just a short drive from the historic towns of Vetulonia, Castiglione della Pescaia, and Grosseto. This splendid 19th-century villa, spanning over 200 square meters, has been meticulously refurbished to provide the utmost comfort.

On the main floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a cozy lounge area, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with an antique wood-burning oven, and a dining room with panoramic views. The rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and another bathroom with a shower.

Outside, an acre of fenced garden offers spaces for relaxation, on-site parking, and a stunning saline pool. Enjoy the green surroundings in the outdoor lounges, under the gazebos and maxi umbrellas, or host a barbecue with friends and family. There's also a ping-pong table and foosball for additional entertainment. Free Wi-Fi and internet access points are available to stay connected.

To ensure maximum privacy, this villa is available exclusively for a family or multiple groups upon request. Here, you can spend a vacation immersed in nature and complete relaxation. Great Property with Fantastic Views

Great stay in Maremma

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Maremma very much. The location near the sea is what drew us to it but we were happy to discover an area of Tuscany that was new to us. Thanks to Italo and Chiara for being great hosts.

We had a lovely week’s holiday in August. Italo was super helpful and made check in and check out simple. We had lots of lovely meals at local Tuscan restaurants. The family all enjoyed the villa facilities, especially the swimming pool and surrounding relaxing garden areas. The BBQ also came into its element on several evenings, cooking some lovely local meat.

Lovely stay!

The villa was incredible, and allowed our entire family to stay together. The grounds and pool were breath-taking and complete with a hammock, barbecue, outdoor games and toys, and lots of sitting areas. Large tables indoors and out provided space for meals and games. The location was perfect for exploring nearby towns, beaches, and trails by car or bicycle. I just can’t say enough about the facilities or about the prompt and cheerful responses from the owner/his representative when we called on them. I think this was our best family vacation ever.

Exceeded Expectations!

Villa was absolutely fabulous! The property and location was delightful and to hear the church bells from the hilltop of Buriano was amazing. Eating dinners on the terrace with family and swimming in the pool were everlasting memories for us all. The views were spectacular. The property owner and assistant were extremely gracious, friendly and available at a moments notice, should we need anything and we were personally welcomed with lovely gifts of wine and their very own olive oil made from the olives on property. We felt completely at home and will miss the villa very much!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber im Vorfeld war äußerst entgegenkommend und angenehm. Wir wurden persönlich vor Ort begrüßt. Das Haus und das gesamte Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt etwas abgelegen mitten in der Natur und dennoch sind viele kleine Sehenswürdigkeiten in näherer Umgebung mit dem Auto erreichbar. Unsere Familie hat mit 9 Personen aus 3 Generationen dort Urlaub gemacht. Einzig für die Oma mit dem Rollator war ein komplett eigenständiges Bewegen auf dem Grundstück nicht überall ganz ohne Hilfe möglich. Die beiden Zimmer und Bäder in der Einliegerwohnung im Untergeschoss sind barrierefrei. Der Zugang zum Haupthaus/Pool/Terrasse liegt etwas höher und ist über Stufen oder auch über einen barrierefreien Zugang möglich, der allerdings an einer Stelle eine etwas steile Rampe hat. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Die Villa Waremma ist sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa Maremma in der Toskana absolut genossen! Das Anwesen ist einfach traumhaft - großzügig angelegt, sehr gepflegt und mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die umliegende Landschaft und einem schönen Pool.Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für eine leckere Selbstversorgung benötigt. Die beiden Apartments sind sehr schön aufgeteilt und bieten genug Platz für eine entspannte Auszeit.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage der Villa ist ideal für Ausflüge zu den Thermalquellen, dem Strand, dem Val d'Orcia und nach Siena.Wir können die Villa Maremma wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf, wieder zurückzukehren. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!"Tipps für zukünftige Gäste:- Die Villa ist ideal für Selbstversorger, die ihre eigene Küche/Grill lieben.- Die umliegende Landschaft bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Radtouren.- Die Thermalquellen und der Strand sind nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt.- Siena und das Val d'Orcia sind unbedingt einen Besuch wert.

Schön, aber Mäuse

Es war schön. Die alleinige Lage, das große Geländer, aber leider nicht so sauber und auch Mäuse jeden Morgen 2-3 Stück. Italo war sehr hilfsbereit und hat die Fallen aufgestellt, aber für mich geht das trotzdem nicht. Unsere Männer mussten jeden Morgen die toten Mäuse entsorgen. Ecklig.Für den Preis haben wir etwas mehr erwartet: Duschvorhänge schimmelig, Tischdecken nicht sauber.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our peaceful location and the large outdoor space. However, we are sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points: our showers are equipped with glass doors, except for one which has a glass combined to a sliding curtain, kept in perfect condition. The tablecloths we use are all reinforced plastic, specifically chosen to ensure optimal cleaning and disinfection between guests (as we always do at every change of guests, daily cleaning is up to guests). As for the small field mice, they were likely attracted by the food remnants that were frequently left by you in the outdoor area (cookies, fruit, chocolates, etc.) and doors often left open, against our recommendation. We always point out to our guests that we are in open country and that some further cautions must be taken to avoid such issues with country animals. We do not have access to the interior of the house during your stay, so we could not verify the situation inside. We always leave the property to our guests perfectly clean and disinfected, however we must admit that we had to spend extra time in cleaning and disinfecting after your stay. We would also like to point out that we did not request any compensation for the several damages we found, such as the umbrella base, the light cube with the broken electrical part, broken glasses among the others. Despite everything, we were always available and ready to assist, even at late hours, as in the case of the washing machine, which you reported as not working but was actually functioning perfectly. We are sorry that some inconveniences affected your experience, and are surprised at the same time considering that no other guests in 15 years of hosting had similar issues. Best regards

Ein Wohlfühl-Ort

Das Haus und der parkähnliche Garten bieten alles, was man sich wünschen kann: Außen große Flächen, mehrere Sitzplätze, schönes Schwimmbad, und alles wird jeden Morgen gereinigt. Innen viel Platz und eine vollständige Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche mit Kaffee, Öl, Gewürzen usw. Italo ist ein aufmerksamer und rücksichtsvoller Gastgeber, man wird mit Sekt, Wein und Kuchen begrüßt, Sonderwünsche erfüllt er umgehend. Der Standort ist bestens geeignet für Unternehmungen in der Maremma und darüber hinaus.

Superbe villa

Très belle villa, bien entretenu avec une jolie vue dégagée. Magnifique extérieure avec un très beau jardin et une superbe piscine. Perfekter Urlaub

Die Villa Maremma war einfach Perfekt. Die grosse Küche, die Schlafzimmer, die Badezimmer so wie auch der Aussenbereich waren tadellos. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch für die Kinder war es unvergesslich. Chiara und Italo haben sich Liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Sympatische Gastgeber, Kinderfreundliches Haus

Wir waren drei Familien in der Unterkunft von Italo Paccoi und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Küche ist grosszügig und praktisch ausgestattet. Es steht ein Grill und ein Pizzaofen zur Verfügung. Für die Freizeitbeschäftigung stehen viele Spielgeräte, darunter ein Ping-Pong und ein Tischfussball-Tisch zur Verfügung. Italo war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
