Villa Mandalay is an exceptionally spacious 3-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool! This villa is in an unbeatable location, just a 5 minute drive to the breath-taking Konnos Bay and Cape Greco National Park. There is a choice of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and you also have Protaras and Ayia Napa, both a short drive away offering a huge choice of shops, bars and restaurants.

The Space:
The villa itself accommodates 6 guests and benefits from an open plan layout, the living and dining area are extremely spacious and bright with a 65inch smart TV and 2 sofas to keep cool and relax indoors, there is also a dining table with 6 seats looking out to the swimming pool for indoor dining. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and cleaning facilities including but not limited to an oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also the added bonus of a coffee and frappe machine so you can enjoy a traditional Cypriot beverage in the sunshine.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and access to a private ensuite bathroom, the two twin rooms both share access to the private balcony overlooking the swimming pool – a lovely spot for a quiet drink, both morning and night. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The outdoor area is a fantastic spot for families and friends to enjoy quality time in the hot Cyprus sun. Relax on the sunbeds or cool off by taking a dip in the beautiful private swimming pool; enjoy a game of table tennis; BBQ and dine al fresco under the pergola; or just relax on the back patio enjoying the ambience of the night time lighting around the pool.
