Mutley Plain is a 10 minute walk from the house, here you will have access to numerous bus stops which enables you to travel to all areas of plymouth from rugged Dartmoor to the spectacular Hoe and historic Barbican.

Up to two dogs are welcome but please clean up after them.

Family belayed Xmas get together
Great property just what we wanted for belated Xmas get together. Games room is really good with darts board, air hockey snooker and switch. Lounge lovely size and we even had Xmas tree. Kitchen is good. Great location easy to park. Listing as described
