The house consists of a ground floor and two floors above.On the ground floor there is the dining-living room with fireplace and access to the terrace, a large fully equipped kitchen-dining room and a toilet.On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (1 suite with bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed and bunk bed) and 2 bathrooms, one of them in the suite.On the second floor there is the laundry room and solarium with views of the private garden and the line of trees that separates the house from the beach. The house is complemented by a wide list of additional services and amenities:
