This wonderful villa is in S'Agaro which is the best part of Sant Feliu de Guixols on the Costa Brava overlooking the beautiful bay of Sant Pol.

Situated above one of the finest, most beautiful bays on Catalonia's Costa Brava, our detached private villa boasts lovely views over Sant Pol beach which can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. snorkeling, scuba, sailboat hire and much more all available with lots of fabulous bars and restaurants.

All brand new beds and mattresses for 2025 this private villa sleeps six comfortably in two double and two twin rooms all with their own bathroom and direct access to the pool.

We've gone carbon neutral! Over indulge with all the facilities with complete peace of mind - almost all our power is provided by our solar panels.

This means for the whole year we now provide pool heating and jacuzzi heating free of charge - Enjoy! Please note from October to April even with heating, swimming in the pool is for the hardy but we have the jacuzzi which can be great fun all year round.

Well-being perfectly describes the romantic ambiance of this Villa with its quiet south facing, spectacular location overlooking the bay of San Pol near the prestige resort of S’Agaro. There are views up the coast to Palamos and down to Sant Feliu.


Unlike many other villas, L'Esplai is not in an urbanisation, and is truly its own space.

A beautiful private garden with a large salt water swimming pool with diving board, a large round oak table in the garden is perfect for outside entertaining and barbecues. This area is flood lit up at night. The property offers 3 bedrooms (two en-suite and a twin/double with a separate bath/shower room ). The kitchen is fully equipped and is perfect for self-catering. There is a covered veranda for dining. The living area is tastefully furnished and decorated and provides internet TV.

There is a large private sun deck upstairs on the roof that cannot be overlooked, with spectacular views over the bay of San Pol.

Both the beautiful town of Sant Feliu and its beach and amenities are within walking distance.

We now find cyclists and hikers flock to the area for the challenging routes and views, even some of the top teams train here now popular with both professionals and private travelers.

We've even had groups of climbers stay more recently and we are happy to help you locate the best established climbs i the area.

It is possible to reach Barcelona in an hour and absorb the cosmopolitan clique of one of Europe’s most fashionable cities- shop to drop alongside some of Europe’s most fashionable people - where the influence of Gaudi seems to pervade on every corner. Salvador Dali was also from this area and his museum is a short drive to Figueres, or visit pretty Cadaques where he spent most of his creative years. Even the contrast in language and culture can be sampled by driving over the French border which is a little more than fifty miles north of this special location.

Some of the best sailing in Europe is off the Costa Brava, and the Medes Islands is a marine national park providing great scuba diving. There is no shortage of activity for all the family with the Costa Brava’s famous beaches and coves, a water-park, several carting tracks, cycle routes, mountain walks, butterfly park and much much more.

Golf: The Costa Brava boasts 9 excellent golf courses with some of the best in Europe. You can play from March to November. All are within 1 hour's drive. 1. Peralada - Open course on flattish terrain. Design is resort-style and small olive trees line most of the fairways. 2. Torremirona - In beautiful rolling countryside with panoramic views overlooking the Pyrenees, constructed as an “American resort style course” with big greens. 3. Girona - Sweeping valleys of forest pines and umbrella trees, with mostly elevated tee positions. 4. PGA Golf De Catalunya - A Championship layout 5. Emporda - Among Europe’s top 50 courses. American style with 3 contrasting loops of nine holes start with an outstanding links, followed by two superb forest courses. 6. Serres de Pals - Quite different from most of the others. It lies on the typical flattish rolling farmland countryside of the Baix Emporda, with few trees and strategic doglegs. 7. Pals - One of Spain’s finest courses.
