Stunning 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom very private home with breathtaking views in a peaceful place. Sitting within it’s own 90 acres in a larger private gated estate. Free wifi, dishwasher, air conditioning, Apple TV, infinity pool, beautifully tended garden - close to award winning golf course and many wonderful restaurants. Ideal for family holidays. Chef available on request (at extra cost). 45 minute drive from Perugia airport. Easy day trips to Assisi, Cortona, Siena and Florence and many other beautiful and historic towns. This property is the perfect base from which to explore the many cultural and artistic attractions or if you prefer - just to switch off and fully relax!

A wonderful villa with magnificent view - the photos don't do it justice. Great to get away from life for a week, enjoy the garden and pool, and see local area. Note it's a 15 min drive to the nearest road junction - but for us part of the charm and location.

Away in the Umbrian hills...

Amazing house in a beautiful, very remote and peaceful location. So quiet, beautiful views by day, star gazing at night. The house had everything you could possibly want. Vincenzo kept the gardens and pool in perfect condition. Very well equipped kitchen. Large bedrooms and bathrooms.

Tranquil escape with stunning views

This is our second visit to Annie's beautiful farmhouse and we hope to visit again next year. It's an incredibly special place - perfectly peaceful, thoughtfully and generously furnished and child friendly. Selfishly we hope the house doesn't become too popular! Thanks again Annie for letting us stay.

Half term escape

In May this pretty farmhouse, with panoramic views of Italian mountainous countryside, is covered in spring flowers. The garden is breathtaking, a tribute to Annie's attentive gardener. The house is congruent with its surroundings and there is a deep peace which washes away the stress of everyday life. Thoughtfully kitted out with everything you need. Beds are wonderfully comfortable with pretty linen. A warming wood burner for cooler evenings. The 10 star reviews are well deserved.

The most unforgettable villa we’ve ever stayed in — a perfect Italian getaway!We were a family of 7 plus a 1-year-old baby (the villa is very well equipped for babies). It’s located in the heart of beautiful nature, surrounded by forest — quiet, peaceful, and relaxing.The villa itself is amazing, with 4 large units, each with its own bathroom and shower. Beds are comfortable, and there’s AC on the upper floor (the lower one stays cool naturally). The kitchen has everything you need, and there’s also a grill for barbecuing.The outdoor space is the highlight: a lovely yard, a large table for meals with a view, beach chairs, and a stunning infinity pool overlooking the scenery. The view is simply breathtaking.The housekeeper (our main contact) and the groundskeeper were both incredibly kind and helpful. She made everything run smoothly, and he went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. They made us feel truly welcome.A local chef can also come cook with you — fresh pasta, ravioli, and tiramisu. A fantastic experience!Note: The road to the villa is bumpy and the nearest supermarket is 30 minutes away, but you don’t need a special vehicle — a regular private car is totally fine.If you’re looking for a quiet, incredible vacation in Italy — this is definitely the place for you!

Ein wunderschönes Domizil

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr abgelegen, aber genau das was wir von unserem hektischen Alltag benötigen. Der Blick ist atemberaubend, der große Pool ein Traum. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt überhaupt nichts. Hier kann man absolut zur Ruhe kommen und entspannen. Bei Fragen stehen die Vermittlerin und auch der Gärtner jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Magnifique maison dans la campagne sur les hauteurs. Pour ceux qui ne veulent pas de vis a vis , c'est la maison qu'il vous faut. La vue sur les collines est fantastique. La piscine est exceptionnelle Les équipements et la literie sont de tres bonne facture. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille au calme. C'est du haut de gamme

Ein traumhafter Urlaubsort

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus! Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Der Gärtner kam jeden zweiten Tag vorbei und hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Auch die Eigentümerin und Verwalterin haben sich immer gemeldet und gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Es ist abseits gelegten und somit konnten wir den Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe und Alleinlage genießen. Für dies Unterkunft braucht man ein Auto, da die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Wir können es nur empfehlen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

The views from the house are breathtaking. Umbria is so beautiful and there is so much to see and do in the area, not to mention the food!
