The property features two bedrooms, a master with a platform double bed, and a bedroom with a bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on top). One full bath, kitchen, dining area, living area, and small private patio off of Master. Please note the patio is quite small so unfortunately no room for seating, but one can grab some fresh air! Dream sweet dreams on the comfy beds wrapped with high quality sheets, duvets, and pillows. A full closet, small dresser and bedside table accompany each of the bedrooms. Bathrooms are equipped with cotton towels, hand soap, bar soap, hairdryer, shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to be your own chef. Enjoy your home-cooked meal or take-away from any of the many diverse and prestigious local restaurants seated at the cozy dining room which seats 4. The open-concept living room features a super comfortable couch, a new Samsung 43" SMART flatscreen TV with DVR, standard Spectrum channels included. If upgraded TV package is desired that is an option. Apartment is approximately 700 sq ft.
Included in the home is high speed Wifi throughout.
Coin laundry is located in the apartment building for you laundry needs, detergent supplied. An iron & ironing board can be found in closet. Baby items such as a pack n play and high chair can be provided upon request.
You'll have one dedicated parking space in the underground secure parking garage. Street parking with a permit also available if you have two cars. Parking is very easy on street and there is always plenty or space anytime of day.

*NO smoking in or around the property. Please note: there is a Santa Monica law prohibiting smoking inside a unit or in common areas which includes balconies and patios. If smoke is detected in the apartment a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.

The property is 10 blocks from the beach and a straight shot down to the famous Shutters and Casa Del Mar hotels.
