Located one street back from the beach and facilities of Punta Prima, you'll have everything you need for an enjoyable holiday right on your doorstep. The popular Splash! waterpark is also nearby and can be accessed on foot. This impressive 3 bedroom villa has a private pool as well as a partial sea view from the first floor balcony. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
The position of Villa PuntaRosa is simply unbeatable! The beautiful sandy beach as well as the shops and restaurants of Punta Prima are all within a couple of minutes' walk. Ideal for anyone not wanting to hire a car, you'll find everything you need close to hand.
Main pool: 8 x 3.4 mtr, 1 - 2 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
