The house is located in the residential area of Los Coloradas in Playa Blanca, with the resort centre and fantastic beaches, including the breath-taking Papagayo, just a short drive away. What's more, the fashionable Rubicon Marina is 5 minutes' in a car and Playa Blanca Centre is a few minutes further.
