Family Frolic at the Beach!

Home was lovely! Rooms were clean and ample for our family of 8! Half were family visiting from Germany. Everyone loved being such an easy walk to the beach and the village. We would definitely rent again! Hosts were friendly and accomodating.

Wonderful.

We found the house to be clean and as advertised. We felt like we were at home right away. The sunroom and deck were a highlight. We had a wonderful time and would go back next year.

Summer Beach

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful house in York ME. All the appointments were available with fully kitchen, linens and towels and beach chairs. The house is just couple of yards to Long Sands Beach. The hosts were very accommodating and did everything to make our week terrific.

Great Week in York!

This home was perfect and more than we expected. Ruth was so easy to work with and very welcoming. The house location is excellent, you can walk to everything, and it is a very quick walk to Long Sands Beach, which made going back and forth with our children very easy. Back at the house you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay where you feel like you are at home. The back deck was great for evening dinners and the cul-de-sac was nice spot for our kids to ride their bikes. I would recommend the home to anyone and hope to return.

Couldn't Ask for More

Having outgrown our cabin rental, my family enjoyed a week at Ruth and Dave's fabulous home. Walking distance to everything even for me with a bad hip. Board games in the family space, drinks on the deck with a view of the beach. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was the best equipped I have seen. Thank you so much, we couldn't ask for more.

Perfect location, spotless and cozy home

We had a pretty perfect vacation staying in York at David and Ruth's home. Not only was the home meticulously clean, but it had everything we needed to make our week there feel like home. The enclosed patio was wonderful, we spent every evening with our 2 kids and the grandparents there. The walk to the beach took 3 minutes and they had everything and anything needed for adults and kids to make an enjoyable beach day. The hosts were so kind, would recommend to anyone! Thank you Ruth and David!

Absolutely amazing vacation home!

Such a great place to stay! Pics don’t do it justice. We are VERY picky and particular and there was not one thing to complain about. Clean, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, gorgeous new bathrooms, beautiful screened porch and deck perfect for outdoor dinners. Overall the house was very comfortable and we felt at home from the minute we arrived. Long sands beach was literally a few minutes walk. Owners were very pleasant and helpful and quick to respond when we had a question. Could not haves asked for a better place to stay!

Very Good!

A nice house in a good location for access to both downtown and beaches. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We have been coming to York Beach for many years at many different properties and I would endorse this propoerty and owner without hesitation. Our thanks to Ruth!
