Very bright apartment in a strategic position in front of the pine forest and the long sandy beach of Follonica. On the third floor (without lift) of a typical building in Follonica, its strong point is the view over the green of the pine forest and then of the sea just behind.



Ideal for a family or a group of friends, the apartment offers two large bedrooms. A double bedroom with an additional single bed and a bedroom with two single beds. After the entrance you will find a corridor connecting all the rooms: on the right, a large kitchen equipped with a dining table and a "service" balcony with the washing machine, followed by the two bedrooms and the bathroom with shower. From the double room there is access to a small balcony with a view of the pine forest and the sea.



At the service of the apartment there is a 'garage' on the back of the building where guests can store their bicycles, sports or beach equipment.



The location of the apartment is ideal for an unforgettable beach holiday: the pine forest and the sea can be reached by just crossing the road and in a few minutes you can reach the center of Follonica with its bars, restaurants, boutiques, and the splendid sea promenade. You don't even need to take the car, in front of the apartment you find Follonica’s cycle path.



Furthermore, the Municipality of Follonica is culturally very active and during the summer season and organizes exhibitions, concerts, markets, events, etc.
