Villa Eliane is a charming, traditional Spanish-style villa, situated on a spacious 1,860 m² plot, offering plenty of space for relaxation and quality time with family and friends. The property features a heated swimming pool (10 × 5 m), a chill-out area with barbecue and bar, a large garden, sun loungers, and stunning sea views. The pool heating is available during the winter season for €220 per week (approx. 30 °C).

The living area totals 313 m² over 2 levels. The main floor includes a spacious living and dining area with a kitchen, 2 refrigerators, a small gallery with a washing machine and dryer, and a large covered terrace with sea views. Air conditioning is available throughout the house. The private gym and sauna are also available to guests

The house offers four bedrooms and accommodates up to 12 guests. Three bathrooms and a guest toilet are available. Two bedrooms are equipped with beds measuring 180 × 200 cm, and four bedrooms have beds measuring 160 × 200 cm

The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. On request, two additional beds can be provided for an extra charge of €90 per bed per stay.

High chairs and baby cots are provided free of charge upon request.

We only allow domestic dogs as pets. The supplement for renting with a dog is 150.- € for the final cleaning and 1.000,- € security deposit. This will be charged before the rental. However, for rentals with dogs we ask you to be responsable with the home and the garden, and that the animal's needs are collected and cleaned for the maximum care of the property. If there is a damage, hair on furniture, beds, sofas, etc., we will have to deduct the repairs or special cleaning from the security deposit.

Normal electricity consumption of 100 kWh/day is included. Any higher consumption will be charged an additional €0.20/kWh. A 500€ deposit will be charged on-site via credit card for electricity consumption.
