Hi Steve, thanks for your 5* review. Yes, the tram is great and makes the beaches and old towns of El Campello, Alicante, Altea and Benidorm accessible in anything from 5 minutes to 25 minutes. This year however we installed a new TV monitor with access to TV and streaming channels such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, Apple TV, Paramount , etc, to make staying in a relaxing alternative. Hi Lauren, our Team helped and provided you with little extras like early check-in, drinks and snacks for the children whilst we waited for you to check-out, pool inflatables for the wee ones too, and individual keys to lock each of the 3 poolside kiddie-gates for the safety of the children. Hi Joanne, thanks for your kind review, and by the sounds of it you all enjoyed a very relaxing stay. The local restaurants cater for most tastes, ie the Italian “El Farol” and the Chinese “Singapore garden”, do exactly what it says on the tin! We do however have a few others too, still within 10 minutes walking distance, namely Cala Blanc and Travieso, both with widely eclectic menus; and our very own seafood restaurant, which sits right on Coveta Fuma beach. Note that the 3 main village square bars also serve bar snacks but wouldn’t be classed as restaurants. We note that you chose the heated pool option, and we were very happy to provide you with the swimming pool temperature being a steady 27–30°C for the duration of your stay. At that time they were all under 4 years of age, and it gave everyone some peace of mind. Candy and the girls are fantastic team mates, with great local knowledge that they're always happy to share.
