Welcome to your relaxing escape near the shores of Lagoa de Albufeira. This private villa perfectly balances indoor comfort and outdoor leisure, making it ideal for families and groups of friends. Inside, you’ll find four comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a bunk-bed room perfect for kids. All bedrooms except the bunk room come with air conditioning for year-round comfort.

There are three full bathrooms featuring modern fixtures, walk-in showers, and tiled finishes, with towels and essential toiletries provided for your convenience. The spacious living room is bright and inviting, furnished with a large sectional sofa and equipped with a smart TV for streaming and entertainment, plus direct access to the pool area (Please note: the pool fence shown in the photos has been removed and is no longer at the property; we are currently in the process of replacing it).

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, along with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. It opens into the dining and outdoor BBQ areas, creating a perfect flow for cooking and entertaining. The indoor dining area features a rustic-style long wooden table with benches, ideal for enjoying group meals together.

» Guests are required to fill a form with ID/Passport information before or upon check-in.
» Check-in is self-guided; instructions are sent on the arrival date only after online check-in is completed.
» Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 Pm) and 9:00 (9 Am) a late check-in fee of 25euros shall be applied. This amount should be paid in cash upon check-in.
» Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
» Please note that a 300euros security deposit is required to book this property.
» If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80euros fee will apply. In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.
» Please note that there is no access to the gate for parking inside the property, but you can park on the street in front of the house.
