The living room of the lower floor leads to the swimming pool, on this level there is also a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, internal stairs leads to the upper floor, where you find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the main kitchen area and a spacious living room, 2 large terraces one in the front where you get sun in the morning and the other on the back where is sunny in the afternoon. Bay windows on the living room on both sides allows for the sea breeze, great summer feeling, open views to the Montgo and a little bit of sea view.
