The "Sunrise":
If you are looking for an adventurous or a romantic get-away, you have found it. The “Sunrise” is an Executive one bedroom that has it all! Privacy galore with outdoor living spaces and spectacular views. It has two full bathrooms, A spacious Master bath with walk in closet and an additional bathroom off the dining area. A full kitchen will help you get your “Yes Chef” on! A beautifully lit brick cupola adds volume and ambiance to the “Sunrise”.
An open concept living room features a custom built “Monterey style” corner couch that you can just melt into. A dining room with sliding doors that lead to a rear courtyard, totally private and perfect for sunbathing or star gazing.
There is an additional outdoor dining area that seats 6 comfortably underneath a shady veranda with a gas BBQ for night time entertaining.
Your stay comes with daily housekeeping to pamper you even more.....

Wind foil vacation

Excellent location! Quiet at night. This on the beach location is not as crowded as the rest of el sargento and la ventana. Always a pleasure to enjoy wind sports in this area but finding the right accommodations can be difficult. Casa Corazon was perfect!

Beautiful house with EVERYTHING you would ever need. Sunrise view from the deck! Steps to the golden sand beach! So many great restraunts in town. Wish we would have stayed longer

CASACORAZONmx “Sunrise” Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Corazon Mx Sunrise! The property- units have recently been updated & are in a good condition. We loved being right on the beach where we could access the water for our water sports activities - Kiting, Wingfoiling, and SUP. We really appreciated the location being outside the hustle & bustle of El Sargento & La Ventana! We also loved having Kitesurfing Planet just a short walk away for an occasional breakfast, dinners, & Happy Hours! The host was very good at informing us about check in procedures, locating the property and promptly answering all the questions that we had. The units-kitchens are well appointed which we appreciate as we enjoy cooking in. The only complaint with our unit is that it didn't have a closet or dresser to organize our clothing (plastic bins under bed) Not a deal breaker, but makes it harder to keep the unit tidy. Overall, we had a great visit and we highly recommend Casa Corazon! I hope to come back again next year and make it an annual visit.

Sunrise supreme!

A delightful way to wake up in the morning. Comfy bed, clean, very well stocked kitchen, bbq, huge patios to enjoy and right there on the beach! Had a good visit and if you are a kiter, hard to beat this location.

Kiter & non-Kiter - we both loved this place

We've stayed at lots of different LaVentena over the years. Without qualification, hesitation George/Terri's place is at the top of our list! Diving into detail to get a sense of what's it's like to stay at Casa Corazon. For a Kiter this place is amazing. The house is on the beach! Wind comes up, walk a few feet to the beach. Launch and go. George installed a self-launch line/carabineer for the regular occurrence of no one around to launch . Very different experience from the Baja Joe Beach scene. When a kite session is over. Go to the outdoor shower , fuel up, go out again. End of day, there's a hose to wash off the gear and there's a dedicated (lockable) storage for gear. If you're a kiter, stop looking at other rentals, you won't find a better place! For paddle boarding G & T have a number of paddleboards on outside rack. Pick one, walk across the beach, launch and go. Short of having your own personal board sherpa, it can't get any easier. Once paddling, go left towards hot springs beach (yes, you can dig your own hot tub in the sand). Go straight out; manta rays, fish… you'll see them all. Swim, bike, hike, run: Same story. On the beach. Where you'll be staying. To say this is a "house" is a huge understatement. This place is more of a resort compound. The main house with the upper and lower floors function as independent units, plus there are two standalone Casitas. This review is focused on the upper unit in the main house. Our favorite. For my wife and I, it's perfect. Great kitchen, stocked with anything you could need. The best part is the outdoor patio space. Huge. Front area overlooks the beach. Perfect for viewing the ever-entertaining kite antics going on. Side area, wind protected for a more secluded feel. A resort feel without all the hustle/crowds/cost of a "real" resort. An unintended consequence of the layout is that while you have more than enough space you're bound to interact with G & T's other guests. LaVentana/El Sergento seems to attract fun/interesting people. You'll have to try to not make new friends. If you're fortunate enough to be there while George and Terri (and their coddled dog Lola) are there, it's like you have your personal concierge service. Knowledgeable about the area; restaurants, things to do, places to visit, logistics… just don't ask them about kiting (can you believe they don't kite?). Yeah, I'm a fan of this place. Can't go wrong staying here!

Beautiful beachfront casita on the beach!

Casita is new and beautifully appointed. Design is great with lots of fun details throughout. Comfortable bed and amazing view. Located on on one of the best and least crowded kite beaches in La Ventana. High quality paddle boards and kayaks available for guests also. Highly recommend!

It's a very special place!

It's a beautiful spot, my wife and I stayed upstairs and our friends stayed below. The place is fantastic, right on the beach. Clean, great garden and great views. A perfect get away made even better through the activities; kite surfing, fishing and swimming. The owners arranged for the local restaurant owner to pick us up in his boat for the best day of fishing I've ever had!

Stunning, comfortable, private!

We had a fabulous stay at Casa Corazon. Terri and George were extremely welcoming and helpful. The views are unobstructed and the outdoor patio area is a dream. Lots of seating areas to just watch the waves or take in the stars at night. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance you could possibly need, they really thought of everything. The bed and living area and very comfortable and we loved waking up to the sunrise without having to leave the bed. The beach is very private and has white soft sand. Terri and George have kayaks and stand up paddle boards for their guest to use as well. The finishes and details at this property are top notch, truly paradise. We absolutely loved everything about it and have already booked 2 more trips to Casa Corazon.
